We were against a very tight deadline for my father's 1st annual memorial but the Pohl & King Co came through for us and produced an amazing monument exactly per our requirements and specifications. They are honest, capable & reliable. I will do business with them again.

I was VERY impressed with Pohl & King Monument Company. After checking out several other companies in town (most of which are owned by the same corporation), I selected locally owned P&K. Mr. King helped me out personally. I liked the fact that they do all of their work on site. He gave me a tour of their facilities, and showed me the various stages that they go through to produce a finished product. Having never purchased a tombstone before, he guided me step-by-step through the process. In addition, to price, which they were significantly lower than everyone else in town , their customer service was excellent. I had some specific artwork that I wanted on my father's tombstone, and P&K was able to handle it flawlessly. I was so pleased with my father's tombstone - it was absolutely PERFECT - that I teared up (which I hadn't done in a while), and I didn't want to leave the cemetery after seeing it.

Pohl & King is the best place around to get a good headstone how you want it. They try their best to make a perfect monument.

Purchased & received head stone over 1 1/2 yrs ago-Jan 2018. Placed it After many times calling and it still hasn t footed it. Oct, 2019. I have called so many times with so many excuses.and never returns a call. Rain- ok, employees out, out of town , sick you name it. Easy fix yet can t manage to get it done. Upsetting to my father that goes by everyday. I can not Not recommend this place enough.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. We called them and placed an order for a monument, they were paid, then they ordered the stone. We were never notified of when the stone arrived, we finally called and was told yes, it has been here for a month. We then gave instructions of what was to go on it. They were suppose to send an email for approval of what it would look like it, never came, again we had to call. We then approved the photo of what it should look like. They never called to say it was done, when we checked back we were told yes it has been done for a week. Then it was just at matter of it being delivered, it took another month, of weekly phone calls, employees we were talking with leaving and more frustration, for it to finally be delivered. It was such a headache for this process that I would never call this company again. The last time we talked to them, we were told yes, it is finally in, we started to tell them that the experience, wasn't a pleasant one with them and then they hung up on me. Very unprofessional.

We paid for a headstone in full in June of this year and it s still sits in the yard it s made but will someone tell me why it s not at the cemetery who has the spot ready it s been prepared for awhile this is no respect to the family yes the owner was passionate till we passed the money please this place sucks

This is a good company. The owner is sympathatic for your loss, as a customer. He tries to assist you in every way that he can. I was paying on a headstone, living in another state, had to leave town, gone for three years, had no contact with him as far as payments, never called. When I returned, everything was still in tact. I picked right-up where I left off, no questions asked. The owner still assisted me in every way, as a customer. I was so happy that her headstone was still there.
