This is a good company. The owner is sympathatic for your loss, as a customer. He tries to assist you in every way that he can. I was paying on a headstone, living in another state, had to leave town, gone for three years, had no contact with him as far as payments, never called. When I returned, everything was still in tact. I picked right-up where I left off, no questions asked. The owner still assisted me in every way, as a customer. I was so happy that her headstone was still there.
