We spent a long weekend, along with our two Black Lab puppies, at the Inn at Lost Creek - which set the bar incredibly high for any other resort! From the first email communication to a dog bed and treats for our 4-month old puppies, we had an exceptional stay.

Our suite had a steam shower along with a jetted tub, a fireplace, 2 balconies - and bowls and bags of organic treats for our puppies! Breathtaking views of the sunset from a private hot tub - all in all, a wonderful getaway! We took the gondola to town (that's the public transportation), and hiked along the river for an afternoon. Matt and his service team provide unparalleled, personalized guest service, including a bottle of wine and a washer/dryer in the unit - and we'll most definitely be back!

The staff was warm, friendly and helpful. The rooms felt luxurious and cozy. Ben and Manny took care of our skis and had them ready to go for us every morning. The Inn was perfect for our couple getaway! Highly recommend Inn at Lost Creek as the perfect ski in/ski out accommodation!

Excellent 7 day stay at the Inn at Lost Creek. The staff and position is what makes this so good. It s a 3 min walk to the main Chair lift (no. 4), ski school and Tomboy Tavern (good ski apres). 6 min walk to the Gondola to go down to Telluride twin and the hotel is opposite the Chondola (accesses all kids runs) Gondola. There are only 32 rooms (all with self contained kitchen, bath, shower, air con) so the staff know you by name and are very attentive - led by Stuart Darsey and Carmine in the ski valet. The room has reciprocal free access to the Peaks Spa where there is a pool with slide, sauna, fitness room and steam room..slide is excellent for kids. I will 100% be back. Best, Nick Abrahams

After a long road trip from Los Angeles heading towards Denver, we decided to take the scenic route through the mountains and visit Telluride. We booked our stay at The Inn at Lost Creek at the last minute in late October. We just pulled up and it had started snowing really heavy. We were pulling a small Uhaul trailer with our Toyota Camry. The Inn was fairly empty and the staff at the front desk were so very helpful to us when we arrived. They helped park our vehicle and trailer in their garage and gave us a room with a King size bed and a beautiful view of the mountains. The room was warm, the fireplace was comforting. Make sure to have water with you because it is very dry air in the room and we had to drink constantly. I mostly wanted to leave this review because the staff were so helpful with anything we needed. The breakfast was provided in the restaurant and was delicious. The staff had to trek in just after a snowstorm to be there to serve us so we are very grateful for the service we had.

The Inn at Lost Creek may be the best hotel experience I've ever had. The service was thorough and friendly, the room was clean, and the room was more than adequate. It's a short two minute walk to the gondola, which is a free ride into the town of Telluride during the summer.

We were a last minute booking and from the second we pulled up to the Inn at Lost Creek, every single member of the staff was so helpful and welcoming. Hands down, the nicest people ever. We were heading to grab a drink at Poacher's Pub and one of the staff practically walked us there since it was dark out and we didn't know where we were going. Our room was great. Comfy bed, clean bathroom. Great place to stay. It is a short walk to the gondola. The breakfast was top notch. One of the best we've had and the staff there was incredibly nice and made us definitely want to come back and visit again. The staff made our experience with this hotel a memorable one.

When we arrived, we got a free upgrade to a junior suite from a studio (Inn was not at capacity due to us visiting in fall before ski season). Awesome location - very close to the free gondola to the town, great access to ski lifts and resort area. Room was very clean and came stocked with complimentary bottled water and snacks, and enough kitchen supplies to cook and plate a full meal. Staff was exceptionally friendly and didn't seem to mind that my wife and I don't often stay at hotels of this caliber. The included breakfast was delicious. Would absolutely stay here again.

Echoing the majority of reviews. Overall, our visit of (almost) one week was relaxing, comfortable, and enjoyable.

The staff was personable and proactive (extra kudos go to the super nice ski valets - Carmine and the lady whose name I can't recall right now). The folks at the front desk and concierge were very helpful and informative -- it felt as if the staff possessed the desire, the ability, and the authority to respond to guests' requests and questions. One feels welcome and "at home" even as a temporary hotel guest. Cookies, marshmallows, hot chocolate, and apple cider were all welcome treats before or after a ski day.

Location, facilities, breakfast options all met or exceeded expectations.

The one inconsistency is the evening housekeeping. Out of our 6 day stay, we received just one satisfactory turndown service. On other days, the same housekeeper walked in on me in the shower, changing, or relaxing in the room. I wish she could knock louder.

And although she'd agree to return after 20-30 minutes (when we leave for dinner), we would always return to the room in the same state. Towards the end of the week, we would joke/bet on whether she'd have returned to turndown the room, and every time we were disappointed.

But the team who came to clean the room during the day was great.

In summary, a good hotel in a prime location with great overall service.

Im so impressed with this place, and it really all boils down to the staff. Everyone we came in contact with greeted us and sparked some form of conversation, was willing to assist us with everything, and had smiles on their faces. Im already looking forward to our next visit.

My wife and I stayed here in early October. It was an outstanding !@#$%^ experience. Everything about our stay at the inn was beyond the best rating you could possibly give this place. Garrett, bellhop extraordinaire, a modern day renaissance man, made our stay in Telluride one of the best !@#$%^ experiences of my life!!! Thank you Garrett; thank you guys. Sincerely, Tim Williams and Judie Noe

This is the best hotel I have ever stayed at! The staff was super helpful and accommodating. We left our bags with them and they put our bags in our room when the room was ready. I was highly impressed at the great service this hotel provides. Even when we checked out they held our bags for us and also told us we still have access to services within the hotel. The room was amazing with awesome views from the balcony. I loved staying here and would absolutely be happy to stay here again. Five stars for sure!

Wonderful ski in/ski out. Steps from the chondola. Overpriced breakfast buffet. Kind and knowledgable staff at all levels, make family feel very welcome. Rooms very pricey, moderately equipped kitchenettes. (Would love to see them add a crockpot to every room).

You will experience the highest level of friendly service here. They offer a ski valet service that removes all of the hassle of dealing with your skis and boots. This is a true ski in/ski out experience. In fact, they put your skis out for you each morning. It is truly amazing here.

What a wonderful time my sisters and I had at our recent stay at Inn at Lost Creek. We had a beautiful room, however, it was the staff at the hotel who made our stay outstanding. The staff could not have done more to make us feel welcome . They treated us like we were the only customers in the hotel. The cookies were a great touch. Thanks for making our trip AWESOME.

Very attentive staff but differing information about the hours that Sundayy breakfast was to be served. One said 6:30, another 7:00 and eventually the servers showed up at 8:00. The breakfast was very good. Minimal "spa" resources - all they had was two hot tubs on the 7th floor. Still, a very good central location near the gondola. The rooms were nice and well furnished.

I would like to thank the management and staff of the Inn at Lost Creek for giving us a full refund on our room after our cancellation. We booked our room in December 2017 for a trip in September 2018. A few weeks ago on March 9, 2018, we unexpectedly put money down on building a house in a 55+ neighborhood and will be moving approximately around the time of our September reservation. Even though the insurance policy I took out for the reservation would not refund us the one room deposit for canceling the room, the Inn at Lost Creek did. We will reschedule our trip for 2019 and I will be booking again at the Inn at Lost Creek. Thank you again.

Can't get better than the Inn at Lost Creek in Telluride. The service is absolutely top notch. Not just great service but GENUINELY great service. The staff took care of us from the moment we stepped onto the property until we drove away.

You can tell the management cares about their employees and it shows in their attitudes towards the guests.

Our room was amazing and we wont stay anywhere else when we visit Telluride.

The location is perfect and if ski in ski out is what you need, you can't beat this location.

We will be back every year for sure.

Great attention to the guest, very clean and spacious rooms, plus a spectacular view of the mountains. It is also in a very good location to go out to the center of Mountain Village or go skiing.

The Best Place to Stay in Mountain Village. This was our second stay at the Inn and it just keeps getting better. First of all the staff is absolutely the best. Stuart Darsey and his entire front desk staff are friendly, professional, and go out of their way to insure your every need is met. Jen in the breakfast area is just a gem and the food selection, to include lots of fresh fruit was excellent. The Inn and the rooms are perfectly decorated for this magnificent Colorado Mountain setting. Our room was cozy and came with gourmet coffee and teas, fresh fruit, evening chocolates, foot cream, and bath salts. There is a steam shower, and full size bathtub. The Inn is located just above the sometimes busy and noisey plazas but only a short walk to the gondola, shops, eating establishments and watering holes. This is by far our very favorite spot to stay in Mountain Village!

We had an incredible time here! The service from start to finish was impeccable! Our bellman, Garrett was extremely patient with us unloading our car with two wound up dogs. He even held their leashes and entertained them while we organized. Abby, at check in, was super sweet and informative! She even offered to have someone walk our dogs while we were out that night! The room was GORGEOUS! Very modern log cabin feel. There was a small reception in the lobby on our second night with complimentary drinks and apps, where we got to meet the GM, Johnathon. He made us feel welcomed at the hotel and was so nice! Even our breakfast server, Jen, was awesome! I forgot that we had to go to the front desk to get our breakfast vouchers before breakfast, but she was so sweet and insisted that she would go get them for us. Also, if you didn t catch that, breakfast is included in your stay!! Who does that anymore?? It was delicious, too. I seriously can t get over how kind and accommodating the staff was. After a long day of skiing we stopped at the market just down the street from the hotel for supplies. The hotel staff offered to pick us up if we ever needed a ride, so Garrett came to get us in the hotel car. He could tell I was tired and asked if he could return my ski and boot rentals for me! It was EXACTLY what I needed right then! I haven t experienced this kind of consistent service in a long time. I would highly recommend staying at the Inn at Lost Creek!

Spent an absolutely amazing five nights here as the basecamp for our wedding. Highly recommend everything about this place. Chad, Garrett, Luis - you guys provided the best customer service - above and beyond. Every person was genuinely excited and engaged in our experience. Breakfast was the best, service was the best, pet friendly (like giving them some gourmet treats and welcome packages), gondola access, Mountain Village relaxation, Telluride exploration. 10/10 would stay again!

We had a great stay at the inn at lost creek. The staff went above and beyond to help us and were the friendliest we have encountered on a multi week trip. Hats off to all of them.
The included breakfast was top notch and the rooms were clean, comfortable and well lit. Honesty couldn't have asked for anything more.

We only stayed a night, but it was a great stay. Definitely want to stay again for a couple days. The staff was awesome and accommodating, the room was bliss. We stayed in the Pandora junior suite and fell in love with the steamer in the shower.
The free gondola ride into telluride for dinner was convenient.

This was our first time in Telluride and this has to be the absolute best hotel we ve ever been to at any ski resort. We had such a mishap getting to Colorado from Toronto so as a result we missed our first night at the hotel and the staff were so helpful and accommodating that made us forget all about our disastrous flights there. Also can t say enough about the convenience of the ski valet. They had our skis outside and our ski boots warm and dry waiting for us each morning. The restaurant is awesome and during breakfast the servers were very anxious and so happy to give us all the details of where the best places to ski and chill out on the mountain are. We definitely plan to come back next season and will absolutely stay here again. This is also by far the best location for ski in ski out. They also had our car loaded up with our skis and waiting for us out front on the day we were checking out. Definitely worth more than the five star rating!!

The views, service and location of this hotel were amazing. Ask for a north facing room for the best views. Park your car and walk, hike, bike or ski to everything you need to experience the best that Colorado has to offer.

This hotel was everything I could have possibly wanted it to be. The rooms were incredibly comfortable, they had Netflix on the TVs, and awesome local coffee in all the rooms. The breakfast was great and our server Jen, was so friendly she made us feel like we were visiting with an old friend every time we saw her. I would recommend this place to anyone, and will absolutely be staying again!

Would never recommend. It's currently midnight and it sounds like there is a bar full of drunk frat boys in our hotel room. Called the front desk to find a solution and she said "yes we get complaints but there is nothing I can do." About to go sleep in the lobby. Waste of money.
