This guy is the WORST!! Do NOT even waste you're time especially if you re renting! He told us to submit an application because he was going to rent to us. After spending $75 on application fees he said well you re just not quite there with me. I m going to go a different route . Wouldn t even give us a reason why.

He is extremely professional and handles everything I need from finding a quality tenant to collecting rent and also managing repairs that I need done all at a fair price. Steve and PMI have had my house rented since last year. He keeps on top of things and so far the expenses have been only as vital and the expense on them has stayed low. I am very pleased. Without him my profit was dependent on the number of quality tenants I had, now with Steve I get a regular steady check for roughly the same amount each month.
