I have now dealt with PMI Ozarks for a year. Using Steve Beirise was the best decision I have ever made with my rental property. He is extremely professional and handles everything I need from finding a quality tenant to collecting rent and also managing repairs that I need done all at a fair price. I love the video move in move out reviews he does with the property. Besides handling everything, he is very prompt in responding to any question I have.
