It was a pleasure working with Records Management (Tina) in the office closure for Dr. Swarbreck. Tina met with us at the beginning to explain how the records storage worked, she provided information to help us with the office closure from start to the end. Her response time was quick and seemed to always go the extra mile to assist us with any issue we had. I would highly recommend using Records Management. The level of service was top notch in every way. Patients also have told us that there were quick and responsive with the medical charts. Ada Smith Office Manager Dr. B. Swarbreck

I will always believed it s not right to pay for a copy of my own medical records but I do understand that there is so much information now that doctors need somewhere to store it and these guys are good at stuff and the management and staff are helpful
They claim they are following guidelines set by the CPSO but they don't (CPSO guidelines suggest $30/20 pages and .25 for additional, without added delivery/retrieval cost. They claim they charge $35/ first 20 pages plus .35 for each additional page and provide you with a total cost, including an added $30 delivery fee no matter your delivery choice (electronic, ma) but they aren't even able to tell me how many pages my file even is. How can you give me cost when you cant give me file size? Just estimated number....is cost also estimated? Also they claimed they informed me that cost would increase if I didnt purchase, which I was not aware. All I was made aware of by letter was that my doctor retired and they now own my records. Now they tell me, they also told me if I don't pay they will most likely destroy my records since they've had them for almost 2years, what? Does the retiring doctor know you will destroy the records that soon? It's been almost 2 years and I. Still on waitlist to find a new doctor so definitely not reasonable timeframes. This shouldn't be legal, my medical records are being treated like some debt I owe that's now owned by a collection company!!! Doctors, please provide your patients with option to get their files directly from you and know that this company is NOT treating your patients with care I'm assuming they are selling you. Yes, they are prompt in answering your call but without forking over more than the recommendaded amount your records are discarded. Not fair to patients rights.
Tina who represented the company was professional, courteous and efficient . She helped my secretary every step of the way for the closure of my practice . The whole process was seamless. I would highly recommend them .
Very courteous, professional, friendly and practical service. They streamlined the transition of the medical records from our office to their facility in a smooth personalized fashion. I would highly recommend this service to other Doctors.
I was extremely impressed by the prompt response to my request for copies of medical records after my doctor retired. The agent on the phone was knowledgeable, polite, and explained all details that I needed to know. The available options for service was clearly communicated. I received everything within the estimated time frame.
Records Management initiated the communication with me in order to help me obtain copies my medical records from my retired family doctor. The conversation was very explanatory and helpful. I arranged for the transfer of 2 medical charts, and the third one- belonging to our adolescent daughter, was added at no additional charge. Impressed with the easy process and quick service.
