It was a pleasure working with Records Management (Tina) in the office closure for Dr. Swarbreck. Tina met with us at the beginning to explain how the records storage worked, she provided information to help us with the office closure from start to the end. Her response time was quick and seemed to always go the extra mile to assist us with any issue we had. I would highly recommend using Records Management. The level of service was top notch in every way. Patients also have told us that there were quick and responsive with the medical charts.
