Less than guaranteed minimum speed, (still charging me) under 1mps

7 hours of phone calls, still no improvement, switched to the fibre extra and still underground the same issues.

un-impressed.Have been on a loop tape for over an hour, over 4 attempts - the longest stint 25 minutes.Our advisors are working hard to answer your query - I don't think so & it would be to their advantage to talk to me but hey

cannot access anyone on e-mail, live chat or a 30 minute wait on the telephone. Customer service is a joke. deliberate roundabout to make contacting them as difficult as possible.no internet for two days again.... rubbish

on average takes 30 minutes to speak to someone , unless you want to buy something , my internet problems have been going on for months and still not solved ! despite several visits but no one has physically checked the wiring etc if it cant be done via a computer or machine they haven't got a clue , when you actually get through they do try and solve the problems but in this case i am getting absolutely fed up with the service !

Worst customer service by far, 3 weeks with an intermittent issue twice a day, engineer visits and then 1 week with no service at all, 3 days off work waiting for engineers, and 5+ hours on the phone! Everyone 'understands' and 'appologises' but no one actually takes any interest in helping restore the service, passed from agent to agent.

I test my connection daily and not once have I seen my 76mb/s line drop below 65mb/s, but is usually smashing the limit. Never needed to call them for support either. Absolutely flawless service 6 months into our contract.

<UPDATE> One year later... still flawless connection and service. I'm not sure at all why there's so many negative reviews here, possibly because everyone feels they need their arse wiping for them. I've never had to use support so I can't comment, all I can say is flawless service never once dipping below advertised speeds. Good job guys!
