Worst customer service by far, 3 weeks with an intermittent issue twice a day, engineer visits and then 1 week with no service at all, 3 days off work waiting for engineers, and 5+ hours on the phone! Everyone 'understands' and 'appologises' but no one actually takes any interest in helping restore the service, passed from agent to agent.
