Plus makes moving across the country easy. Handled everything from start to finish. Everything went as planned. The staff is awesome and the customer service is great. Jen Wells is excellent who was my advisor. Overall for a really hard transition to move this far it actually was very simple and a pleasure to work with them. A huge surprise for the relocation industry. I would recommend using Plus!

I had nothing but a positive experience with Plus Relocation. My relocation counselor, Jen Wells, was extremely helpful and attentive every step of the way. She made our relocation/transition seamless, at a time when there certainly was a lot of chaos. I appreciate all of her efforts and am grateful for everything she has done!
WARNING: If you value your possessions and or want service DO NOT use this company. I moved to the US and back and my company used them on both occasions. On the way out they charged me over $1500 for 2 hrs to look at 2 houses - I stopped using them as it was easier and more cost effective to do it myself. On the way back the removal company lost my container, this was over 6mths ago -I still do not have it. During this time Plus did nothing and pushed all responsibility to the removal company they choose. They even had the audacity to send me an email to advise that they were no longer involved as their role had finished. If you are company and care about your employees do no use them, if you are direct consumer think twice- waste of money and in my case completely negligent with everything we own.
I relocated cross country - I was told by my company that Plus would handle everything and my relocation line should cover the move, temporary housing, and help finding a place to live because of the special 'corporate rates' Plus got for them.
After an initial call, I was underwhelmed as the rep told me 'discount' corporate housing was available through them for the bargain basement price of $230/night with a 30 day minimum - higher than most hotels in the area. I was also told that help with an apartment search was a minimum of $1,000, took two weeks, and did not provide on site photos/visit by the company, assistance holding the unit for lease, or any kind of priority access to units. They basically provided a list of units from Craigslist and Market Listing Services. I was hopefully though as the rep told me the move for my one bedroom apartment with a month of storage in transit would not cost more than $4500-$5500 so I would have funds remaining to fly out, get temporary housing, and fly back to bring my pets out.
It took 2 weeks for their 'moving partner' to finally get in touch with me. I had gotten quotes in the interim but was assured that their 'partner' would offer a lower price so I let the quotes expire. Their 'partner' refused to do an on-site survey, did not offer a 'not to exceed' price (aka expect to get gouged on delivery, and took an additional week and change to get me a quote. They came back more than double every other quote. The special 'corporate discount' is that both Plus and their 'partner' but a massive markup on the quote from the local office. When I complained, the same rep who guaranteed that the move cost wouldn't be above $4500-$5500 denied ever saying that and said that $12,500 was 'standard' even though it was double what every other national and local mover had given me.
At this point I was less than a week from my move date, all of my other quotes had expired, and Plus' response was 'take what we offer or not-our-problem'. After I called my new company and explained what was going on, Plus came back and offered to 'see if they could massage the quote'. I sent them the other quotes I got and they told me it was dangerous to use the other companies as nothing was included like in their quote (newsflash: it was). Finally two days later they came back with a quote of $8,000 with a caveat that the other services I would need (crating of glass table top, storage in transit, and shuttle service at both ends) would cost an additional $4,500. Basically, they wasted two days doing nothing.
I had to scramble and call all the other companies I got quotes from back - thankfully Suddath Moving in Wayne, NJ offered to honor the original quote and after some back and forth waived the close in fee, although I still had to change my move date and push it back by 4 days.
The only good thing Plus did was offer to cover the difference between my original airfare and the final airfare that had to be booked last minute because of their delays (around $200).
Overall the experience with Plus was incredibly negative to the point that it made me reconsider taking my new job while dealing with them. If you have a blank check to move, great - use them. They will rip your company off instead of you. If you have a maximum for the move or are paying any amount out of pocket - run. They make their money by marking up quotes and taking a cut - companies use them because there is no fee to them. I can honestly say I would have been better off - financially, stress-wise, emotionally, and scheduling - to have never had to deal with them. In the future, I will be sure that any new jobs will not use them for relocation or will pay 100% regardless of cost.
tl;dr: Plus super-inflates quotes to make money off of you. Don't trust them, their quotes, or their timeliness or you will get screwed.
Brittney Maile has been our main point of contact throughout our move from Toronto to San Francisco in Aug 2016. I can't say enough good things about her (and her team). They were so great from start to finish. I'm very thorough and detailed so I had a million questions for her, but throughout the entire 3 months that she was assisting us, she was always so friendly and most importantly, super prompt. I never had to wait more than a few hours to hear back from her. When I needed more clarification, she even jumped on the phone with me right away. If Brittney is a reflection of everyone at Plus Relocation Services, I would highly recommend them!
(Can't say anything about their prices as the company was paying for the entire package)
Plus relocation handled my move from Reno to the Bay Area for my new position at Google. I can't say enough positive things about the moving assistance that I received. Jen was timely, helpful, and knowledgeable about the moving benefits I was eligible for and the best ways to execute my move to minimize impact to my family and my time. I would hope any of my next jobs would have the same moving services available, as they made my move seamless and non-painful. Thanks Jen!
We moved from Zurich to Japan. They gave us the worst possible experience. I will never move with these people again. They provide zero value: they booked us into the first hit they got when typing "temporary accommodation Tokyo" into Google. When I said this was not acceptable they told us there was no choice this was the only option (I found other options using Google search). When there were problems with the accommodation they left me to deal with it. They booked a moving company that broke lots of our stuff. I lost my precious classical guitar because all of our belongings were exposed to humidity during the move. This company is simply outrageous. There is absolutely nothing good that can be said.
Chelsea Stockhaus helped me with relocating internationally for a position at Google. I have nothing but positive things to say about all of our interactions. She is very knowledgeable and responded promptly to all of my questions.
I had a smooth experience while dealing with them, although I must say that everything was paid for by my company, so I did not have to deal with the prices at all. My relocation counselor, Jen Wells, handled everything for me very well.
