Straight garbage... claimed my payment was returned because of an incorrect bank account number but couldn t tell me what number was put on there even after I verified the last 4 of the account used. So I have to pay a return payment fee which they can t prove is justified. If you don t pay, your service is shut off. This has happened more than once and I ve made sure to triple and quadruple check what I input. If I could cancel, I would.
Had an interview with them months ago. They asked about my kids and daycare arrangements. Although I was perfectly qualified and had a diverse resume.. I never heard from them again. It s illegal to ask these questions. Don t tell somebody you will be following up if you don t plan to call and explain why you found a better candidate .
Pluris has threatened to disconnect my sewer service by digging up my sewer line solely based on me not giving them a copy of a driver's license for for my corporation. (Corporations do not have driver's licenses) Please note that no payments are in arrears, or owed.
I would much rather deal with ONWASA any day of the week. Atleast when they offer autopay, the service actually works! They dont send out false emails that allure to the fact your account is in good standing when it's not. The technology is clearly outdated and they don't admit when they're in the wrong. If you can avoid living in an area where their service isnt required, you will be much better off.

My house has a chronic drainage issue. I have decided to get it fixed. My first step was to call Pluris and ask to have the utility side checked out.
The call was easy to do and the staff were pleasant, helpful and efficient.
Scott and Chris came out and and evaluated the location. They could not locate the main line or a clean out. My house is older , 1983.
They said they woul be back to further investigate.
Boy did they come back! Big trucks, little trucks, and all kinds of equipment. They cleaned out all the manhole connections on the street. They continued to search for the drainage pipe at my house. They found it and sent cameras up and down my system. They put in a new clean out and a protective concrete donut around it. They did everything they could.

I also had them randomly shut off my service even though I was paying it regularly and they than said I had to pay $140 to reconnect it and they couldn't do anything about it. Worst service ever.
if you miss a payment they send mail out so you have to wait over 30 days to pay over 210 dollars. you guys are garbage a messed up. Maybe if you have concern for customers and not throw tags on peoples door maybe you guys would have better reviews.
