My house has a chronic drainage issue. I have decided to get it fixed. My first step was to call Pluris and ask to have the utility side checked out.
The call was easy to do and the staff were pleasant, helpful and efficient.
Scott and Chris came out and and evaluated the location. They could not locate the main line or a clean out. My house is older , 1983.
They said they woul be back to further investigate.
Boy did they come back! Big trucks, little trucks, and all kinds of equipment. They cleaned out all the manhole connections on the street. They continued to search for the drainage pipe at my house. They found it and sent cameras up and down my system. They put in a new clean out and a protective concrete donut around it. They did everything they could.
