Great experience with Plenti finance in getting my first car loan. They were able to get me a fantastic rate and I would like to specially mention how great Phil Bulat was in getting me the loan in under two days, a great rate and answering my enquires well past working hours. He put 110% in and always got in contact with me and the seller of the vehicle when required. He was always very professional and I would rate 5/5 in terms of customer service. I would recommend Plenti Finance for friends and family if they wanted to get a car loan and wanted it to have a fast and efficient process.

Applied for a car loan through Plenti, got a great rate and loan term initially which I accepted but then never received the contract and nobody seemed to care when I was emailing them asking where the contract was and when I'd expect the finance through. My emails were basically ignored and when I tried calling them there was no response. Extremely frustrating as I nearly lost the deal on the car I was trying to purchase and the whole process was a complete waste of time. Ended up getting a better deal approved and funds went in the next day... something I expected Plenti would do but failed terribly, would not recommend.

This was one of the worst experiences when applying for the loan. Their online process is misleading and not genuine. They promised a fast, smooth and easy process but it was nothing short of the opposite long, dragged out and stressful. Their customer service assured me that everything looked fine and there would be no problems. Don t use these guys they don t want your business.
