If I could give Daewoo zero stars I would. The product has been unreliable at best. The customer service in parts has been hit and miss. I don't think that they are good people but they are so disorganized that they can't do any better than provide bad service. Some customer service employees are good but most have bad attitudes. Do yourselves a favour and buy domestic appliances.

I purchased a Daewoo Microwave KOR-130 in November of 2017, used it for maybe 6 weeks prior to leaving for Florida for the Winter. We returned April 1st & on July 5th, 2018 it stopped working. Actual functional use was about 18 weeks over a 30 week period (7 1/2 Months)

I contacted the Daewoo Electronics USA Co. via their web Site on 7/5/2018 regarding the failure of their KOR-130 Microwave unit and how to proceed to get it repaired or replaced and subsequently TWO additional times through their Web site to no avail.

It simply does not, nor should it take any responsible company to fess up to an obvious warranty issue and complaint about the failure of one of their products. NOW SHOULD IT??? It is now in excess of TWO WEEKS and I've not received a letter, a phone call, or an E-Mail how to proceed in order to execute the Warranty provided with their KOR-130 Microwave.

Thought Daewoo fridge would be great. It was for a couple wks. Warrantee has been a nightmare to deal with. One of the folks there said supervisor will call to resolve. Been few weeks since then and haven't heard anything back... I don't have a replacement fridge in sight... This is just a nightmare...

I ve called 8 times asking to speak with a manager. They place me on hold and hang up. Jose told me that I could not wait on hold for a manger because they have to receive call from other customers and I would be holding up the queue. This place is absolute trash. They told me to cut the cord off my refrigerator and send it to them and I HAVE NOT RECIEVED MY MONEY BACK. Do not buy from them they are scam artists.

Don't buy anything from Daewoo. We bought a refrigerator not a year ago from Brandsmart USA and a piece broke; Brandsmart placed the order from Daewoo and told me it was supposed to be 5-7 days to get it fixed and 3 months after we are still waiting for the parts. Brandsmart issue an RA for a new refrigerator and Daewoo refused it even though they still dont have the parts. Horrible service, always a supervisor is going to call and never calls. Dont waste your money on Daewoo.

Bought a small Daewoo window air conditioner at shoprite which did not blow out cold air. I called Daewoo and they told me to email them my receipt and picture of upc and serial number of the unit and that they would mail me a refund check. I sent them everything they requested and they did nothing but blame covid pandemic for the delay in sending me my refund check. It is almost a year now and I have called a dozen times and am treated in a rude, nasty and unprofessional manner. They have refused to let me speak with a supervisor to resolve this problem which is no longer an inconvenience.
