If I could give ZERO stars I would. I have lived at MANY RAM properties and honestly after my most recent experience i can say without a doubt that this is the laziest, most apathetic company. I moved into an apartment with my boyfriend who lives at Pointe at Collier Hills recently. He has been there for 4 years and paid over 40K in rent since he has been there. We had to move out of the unit he was in due to mold and them not once in 20 years of this property being in existence, cleaned the air vents. We spent $300 for an HVAC specialist to come out and get these tests for us because the property refused to do anything after 9 months of us asking. They transfer us to a new unit and on move in day, the property manager, Zachary Rogers, is by far one of the worst I have encountered. I go to get my keys on move in day and he has not sent us a welcome packet or anything necessary for us to have filled out prior to this day so Taylor and Bennette were kind enough to help us as he closed the door to his office and tuned out the fact that he had already been lazy in regards to that. THEN I go into our apartment. It has not been cleaned (which with COVID was a SERIOUS concern for me as I am a high risk due to health reasons), there are still nails in the wall, scratches on the walls, coffee stains on the window sills, carpets are soaking wet and we had painters, a lazy cleaning lady and carpet cleaners in our apartment till 4PM because they had to make up for the fact that the property manager didn't do a single walk through. DID NOT CHECK THIS UNIT AT ALL. Like there were still items from previous residents that I had to get rid of. I called RAM corporate multiple times and sent an email because I was so upset about this and not a single thing. I never heard anything back, the property manager, Zachary Rogers, didn't do a single thing but offer us a lousy $50 gift card. There is negligence, laziness, apathy and a lack of care for their residents and ONLY concerned about anything affecting their "outward appearance" as opposed to the care of the residents. RAM and Zachary Rogers are unprofessional and know how to make a resident feel trapped and upset about living at The Pointe at Collier Hills. I cant wait till my lease is up and I never have to be at another RAM property again.

Do not walk.. RUN! 40 days after I filed HOA apllication still can t get answer if they completed all documentation. Alexandra Macholl is not answering emails.
They have 30 days to complete application.
2 business days before 30 days period ends I had HOA phone interview and they still were missing 3 (not 1!!) documents. It is now 40 days since I filed and cant even get answer from Aleksandra or Rose Watkins. Forget about trying Eric (owner of this mess!) he will NEVER respond to you (read other reviews). They caused my purchase to fall apart after 2 months closing, my bank had all ready was just waiting for this company to deliver missing documents. If you consider hiring them - SPARE YOURSELF HEADACHES AND DONT! Slow and unreaponsive. Note they never replay to negative /.comlain reviews! That should tell you right there how much they care !
If you have no choice but have to deal with this company I feel sorry for you, give yourself 60 (instead) of 30 days if you have to deal wih them.
I will be filing complain to Better Business Bureau and to the board they belong under. Very unprofessional and unethical business.
They may have made me a favor because board of the condo I was going to buy acts like mafia (I read reviews on Boca View AFTER placing the offer, and was hoping these reviews were assagerated, unfurtunatelly they were not.. 2 board members that called me 27 days after filing my application started review with yelling on me who the hell you think you are??! because my and seller agents ans myself were complaining to this company why is it taking so long, also with phone interview). I feel extremely sorry for the sellers , who knows how many sales they already ruined for them.. Reviews were saying board members do it on purpose so sellers get tired , lower price and they buy (one member owns 7 units other one owns 3 that they called and yelled at me).
However just because maybe this company made me a favor (I m ending up purchasing much nicer property) doesnt change fact that THEY ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. In case they try to claim they dont know me and I had no interaction with them I m posting screen shot of check they cashed, and application at their desk when I dropped it.

Throughout my experience as a realtor and in particular working together with both homeowner and condominium associations I have found that there is a underlying partnership that helps both associations and realtors accomplish their goals. Each association has their own set of guidelines and protocols and ultimately we are all trying to help our clients or in the association's case their residents.

At times, I have found it difficult for one reason or another to get things accomplished in a timely manner however both sides are always trying to work together towards a resolution. I have been fortunate to say that many of the employees and management have been a great help in many situations where my clients needed help with a solution.

My experience with Pointe Management Group has been utterly disappointing. Speaking with general manager, Evelyn Santiago, left me speechless and extremely disappointed. To say that your protocols are outdated and insufficient would be an understatement. Also, the lack of customer service and intent to help both realtor and resident make me question what your companies values and goals are. I understand that you have many communities to manage and many people that make requests but the manner in which your management handled this particular situation has much to be desired.

I am an optimist at heart and truly believe that this cannot be the experience you are seeking to deliver. During my time as a realtor, I have had to make improvements to better service my clients and I would assume you are also constantly striving to improve your services to acquire new business and retain your current clients. I hope this email finds the right set of eyes for the sake of your company and for all future realtors and residents that are subject to work with the Pointe Management Group.

Management is a joke. They refuse to accept calls or respond to emails. My dues are up to date; however they refuse to do what they are supposed to do, like maintain and care for the lawn (which includes dealing with weeds). They hired a company to pressure clean the roofs who broke my window and still have not paid to have it repaired. They closed the pool and never notified residents when it was reopened. DO NOT USE THEM! They will not work for you. Only collect your fees and ignore anything else they are supposed to do for you

If you are trying to purchase at Manors 11 or any of the buildings on that land you will NOT find a mortgage company to give you a loan. There s a recreational lease on the property.

First of all I ll give credit where it s due , Leslie was EXTREMELY kind and helpful every time I visited the office! Rose was helpful although it was difficult to get a hold of her at times.

I wasted so much time & money dealing with this supposed management company. I turned in my application the last week of April , and I called a few days later to make sure I wasn t missing anything & it was all fine. I was told I had to wait for the Board to contact me for my interview. I never received that call from the board. I got my interview June 8th only because I called SEVERAL times. I was approved through the HOA since April 30th yet I had to wait weeks to get my interview (completely unprofessional).

The HOA questionnaire (which I paid $150 for one sheet of paper) was returned incomplete & incorrect. It was a huge hassle for my mortgage broker to get in contact with Alexandra in order to give us an answer about the rec lease. When she finally responded she said there was a rec lease but not on the building itself (which is NOT TRUE). I had to make a visit to the office in order to get this straightened out. When I spoke to Alex she explained that she didn t respond to my mortgage brokers question yet because she had to research . It had been 3 business days since he emailed her about specifics with the rec lease & she didn t even have the courtesy to respond, (FYI Alex that s a big NO NO in the business world). I explained to her that this was very important and I needed an answer ASAP, as I had already waited several weeks. She was very rude to me & did not care at all.

I spoke to Evelin about the rec lease since Alex was extremely unhelpful. Evelin told me on the spot , that there was indeed a lease and she apologized for all I had gone through. So Miss Alex didn t even have to research, all she had to do was ask her manager which she clearly failed to do.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE ! DO NOT BUY IN INVERRARY UNLESS YOU RE WILLING TO DEAL WITH UNPROFESSIONALISM & INCOMPETENCE!

Terrible Very Unprofessional management. HOA discriminates alot! Rude management even when asked by professional service such as news they completely ignored responding. They were not sorry or apologetic at all. HOA discriminated against a nurse during COVID-19. Bad manners and very unprofessional. I would advise in my opinion tonot go to this place as they manipulate every situation for alot of homeowners there.

From the moment I walked in to the minute I finished, I encounter nothing but great people willing to help so my case would be properly done and finished.
Leslie and Rose are superstars. I can t thank them enough for such a great help and so much information on how to accomplish what I needed done.
If you ever have to stop by look for these two ladies.
They have great hearts and will help you until it s all done.

It s interesting how nowadays not many companies are truly interested in living up to old time basic business standards. Respect, good manners, professionalism are the basics. No one should take there private problems to work and/or treat their customers as if their business didn t depend on them.

Worse management company ever. The attitudes from the poorly trained staff leaves tenants & owners dissatisfied on a regular basis. In all honesty they treat me (a resident of Tower club) like a criminal. Calls are never answered timely, you have to call 2 - 3 times to speak with someone who consistantly has an attitude. When I spoke to someone today on 2/22/2018 she told me that I m entitled to my own opinion, but of course my opinion matches the rating that you all have. Seems like Pointe Management needs to humble themselves & start doing their job correctly. Not one person living on your so called Managed properties actually knows what you guys do? However the NETFLIX theory maybe the truth. They Boot cars with no actual justification behind them. Thank God Coral Springs Police Dept was able to help with this situation, and call out this scam. Best help I ve received since being a resident under Pointe Manages Nothing.

Update: Instead if Contacting my Owners about my Lease Agreement, this Unprofessional Management team decided to Harrass me & my Girlfriend s Vehicles. They contact my Owner over small things. But not to ask him questions about our Lease? They felt more Justified to Harrass us. Very professional.

Point Management has significantly improved custom...

Point Management has significantly improved customer service. My last experience with them has been with the receptionist Diana who left me surprised with her kindness and prompt response to all my questions. Likewise, Rose who kindly answered my call and sent me the documents I was requesting immediately. Now, I am waiting for the approval of the application sent for new tenants which I hope will be processed without any delay. It is not easy to get Associations that provide good service. Thank you Point Management for your excellent customer service.

Unfortunately, our association ended up using this pathetic excuse for a management company. The company does not return calls, and brags about their aggressive management style, which translates to railroading homeowners into using PMG's contractors. They often do this by having private meetings with the board, or "conveniently" having meetings at inconvenient times for residents to discuss their gripes or disapproval of something PMG or the board wants to do.

Eric Estebanez is the owner of the company and if you're looking for a property manager who is rude, abrasive, and condescending, he would be your man. This may be the worst management company in South Florida--and that is definitely a low bar! In short, I would avoid using this company at all cost and try to find a professional company that actually cares about the homeowners and saving the community money.

Never return phone calls and when you do speak to someone, you have to speak to someone else that handles your property. Called repeatedly and emailed about a explanation of my balance. Not once did anyone return my call. I have never made a late payment since I moved in and just wanted clarification on how they came up with their numbers. No response instead they sent me to an attorney?!? I guess a simple breakdown or explanation was asking too much. I am a property manager myself and I couldn t sleep at night knowing I did not do my job and give my resident clarification so he or she is knowledgeable let alone send them to an attorney when they are asking for information to resolve the balance. Awful property management But I was warned!

The worst association management company ever. 1st thing when I moved here back in 2015 I had a lady with a man come in front of my house with a sheriff and a few policeman at the moment I was ready to leave after moving in our new bed sets. The lady was claiming it was her house and they just bought it from the association for 12k (lol) and they claim to have a title and lawyer. Thank God I decided to keep all my paperwork in the car just in case of anything. I showed the sheriff all the paperwork of course including the deed of the house and called my lawyer as well and filed a claim, while the lady was calling hers as well. As soon as the sheriff matched my id with the deed of the house she told them to leave right away they had no ownership to the house. 2nd thing I had call the association to see how does their system work and the lady was not friendly at all and explained it rushed as well. 3rd thing we never received a letter from the association and realized later on to our amazement they had the bank's address from who we bought the house from. 4th thing I don't like they don't state what quarter period you paid already or which quarter period you owe on the letter asking for payment. If you email the association you will get a response a week later. On top of all that the lady Leslie Gonzalez that handles the payments has the worst attitude ever. I don't know much worse an association can be.

As a new homeowner, I had so many questions to HOA.

Fortunately, I have had the wonderful assistance from Alexandra Macholl
who is always able to get an answer back to me with speedy reply. Either it is relating to HOA doc, roof leak repair, or general inquiries, she keeps impressing me not only with her prompt response but also going an extra mile to follow up with her colleagues until issues are resolved.

The only reason why they are getting 1 star from me is because i cannot give them less.. They are TERRIBLE. THE MOST RACIST, UNORGANIZED , NASTY, UNPROFESSIONAL group of people /thievesi have ever encountered. It has gotten so bad that we are seriously looking into selling our home .

I'm not sure why this group is called "management", they can't seem to manage anything. They just take your money, and run away from questions and problems. This place is a scam, and a sham. Absolutely disgraceful. Our neighborhood looks like an absolute mess, there's no parking, and they cut down a beautiful Bush I had growing for 20 years, citing a violation, even though there was no violation. If you want a responsible property management company, stay away from this place.

1) You call this company for an inquiry, you will hold FOREVER, until they finally disconnect you, call again and the same thing happens.

2) Clerical mistakes happen but expect it to be the norm for this office.

3) Never hire or deal with this company. The office is a joke. NO customer service skills and certainly very unprofessional.

I have never reviewed anything before but had to after all of my dealings with this Management company. I wonder if the owner ever reads the review and will actually ever make changes in the office?

I needed to speak to someone who was empathetic and also knowledgeable about how to get myself out of the predicament I was in. I dealt with Julia, who did not make me feel like my mistake was an unusual one.
I made TWO double payments to the Management Group. I had so much going on the last few months, that my bills got really messes up. We joked about how I just decided to donate all my extra money to my HOA s .
I could not have asked for a better person to speak with, as I was really embarrassed. She is not only professional , but just a really nice person.

Leslie and Noeli need to be fired immediately. The whole staff needs to be fired immediately. They SUCK! They are TRASH! Leslie has a horrible attitude. Noeli sits in the back probably watching Netflix all day. POS place. They will leave your application sitting around for days without doing anything with it. Cashed my check and haven t heard from them again.

Update. Alex gives the run around all day. Ian is a waste of space.

Rose is the ONLY helpful person in the entire building I kid you not! I ve had a hole in my ceiling and Rose is the only person who contacted maintenance while I waited on the phone. Professional!!!!! Alex and Ian can learn something. They ve sat on this issue since May. The original complaint was filed in February by Fortuna management!!!!! This place sucks.

Your office is not open on Saturdays. You all get to sleep quietly on Saturdays. Quit having the lawn company come on Saturdays at The Enviroment! 7:30am - 12 especially is disrespectful. You should not have any routine work done on any property on the weekends or after regular business hours. That's property management 101. Keyword Routine work, I get it if its an emergency but that is never the case. If you are trying to use 1 company to hit all your properties in one week so you can pocket the savings, well then, I think i know why you get all the 1 star ratings. You manage properties for the ones that live in them so manage them accordingly. I have called nicely several times and have been blown off without an apology every time too. No more lawn companies on Saturday!!! If this is too hard for you guys to coordinate i think you're in the wrong industry. Fix asap, fed up and tired of this!

Pointe Management, manages Manors 11 in Lauderhill Florida. When ever I have an issue or questions, it becomes a mission(simple questions take days). When you call the office they transfer you to the person who can answer your questions voice mail. They never call back or answer their e mails. When you finally get in touch they have an attitude and behave in an unprofessional manner. They don't take good care of the landscaping.. among other things but charge a nice maintenance fee of over $500.00 a month. That they are very good in making sure gets paid. I do not suggest any body uses their services. if you have to deal with them because you have no choice.. good luck and have LOTS of patience because your going to need it, for their horrible, unprofessional, poor service.

I really like how the team at PMG is courteous and knowledgeable, especially Leslie Gonzalez. She goes out of her way to contact me to remind me of certain issues and transactions that need to be resolved. When I ask about any issue, she is always quick to research if needed and relay all information regarding the matter at hand. Thank you Leslie!
