This is the worst apartment complex I have ever dealt with. They are extremely overpriced and yet, they still use incredibly cheap fixtures and finishes in the units. It's always obnoxiously loud and a hassle to get from parking to your apartment. Electric bills are excessive. The management is a pathetic joke. They are stingy and will charge you for damages that were present prior to move-in. They knew that our parking lot was flooding and didn't inform the residents until a day later - when over 80 of our cars were destroyed. They lied and said they would initially pay for damages, but then refused to compensate for anything. Their only redeeming qualities are: the view, location, and maintenance staff. Otherwise, extremely horrible service. I am relieved that I no longer have to deal with these scumbags.
