The staff is always so helpful and warm with the tenants. Anytime I contact the Property Manager Vicki, she is always very helpful and knowledgeable. The concierge, at every shift I have encountered, beginning with Tiffany amongst others are very caring and always eager to assist in any way they can. Housekeeping is equally friendly and helpful.
Plaza is great. They are easy to contact and get in touch with and take great care of our building. After working with horrible management companies in the past in New York, it's refreshing to have a company that cares about its tenants.
0 stars. After continuous issues with this company I regretfully resigned a lease after bargaining with them to lower the rent for my unit in Downtown Brooklyn. Communication and professionalism goes out the window with this company. We have had multiple leaks in our apartment on a monthly basis and they have not done a thing to get to the bottom of them all. Just patch jobs and more poor communication when leaks start up again. Everyone turns the problem onto someone else and nobody steps up to do their job and get the issues resolved. Steer clear of signing into any agreement with them it is not worth the headache.

Recently moved out of 60 Duffield! When I was in a pinch, management was able to support a temporary move on short notice. Special thanks to Sonny, Carlos, Tillary Hotel staff and the engineers for making the move seamless.
We are a new company and when it comes to switching offices paying attention to every tiny detail is of utmost importance. It can be rather overwhelming at times. Luckily we are located at 65 Broadway , where the Management Team somehow makes your dreams come true. I guess having years of experience and paying attention to our needs made it almost seem effortless for them.

This was the absolutely brilliant team that helped us during this whole process. From acquiring the lease , to finishing up the office, to moving the furniture as well as paying heed to our every tiny request these amazing people really did go out of their way to accommodate us. Really enjoy living here for the most part! there are a few problems like some of the renovations look nice but are a little cheap, but all in all it's a good place.
Due to a sudden death in my family, I needed to move out of NYC asap. Stuck mid lease for my North Williamsburg apartment (I had 8 months left to go), I was nervous about what it will do to my credit if I terminate the lease mid-term. Hannah from Plaza Management reviewed the options with my and assisted me with reassigning my lease to new tenants. I'm glad I was able to get off the hook scot free.
Plaza management is good to work with, they responded to my maintenance request quickly. On top of the that, the building is being cleaned up every day.

Plaza management is good to work with. There were few complaints but they do address it but with little delay. I have interacted with Esther, Zac and they helped me through out my stay of 2 years and Hannah assisted me with the paperwork and move out process
The only reason this is not a 5 star review is that we have not actually moved in yet! The service thus far the purchase support, the move-in coordination, the assistance of our building s manager/superintendent has all been excellent thus far.

I like the staff at Management office and the security guards, as well as the other service staff. They are always courteous and respond well to our request. Only think I don't like is the bathroom...needs updated facility and better cleaned.
Plaza management doesnt deserve any ratings by far worst company to ever work with. They dont work with you when there's a problem-theyre very good at masking the problems and saying they're looking into it but then asking us how to fix the problem.
When showing the apartment they really "puffed" the place but once you sign you see all the fine writing coming into place. They only respond to you quickly when the bill is issued. They take pride in their smoke free atmosphere but we are currently living in a building where everyone is smoking and now I can't even consider having a child here let alone I have asthma and plaza is not looking into this. All the communication goes to the secreatary. Parking has been a problem and they said december 1st they'll have parking and guess what-anothoer lie. Parking is still not avaibale
0 stars. Rude and unreliable staff. They took 12 WEEKS to repair a single washing machine. Also, I have had two incidents in the past 2 months where a scheduled repair man never showed, and then claimed he came by but I wasn t home, despite the fact that both days I had been waiting by my front door.
This company is beyond unprofessional. They called our company to do some interior painting for two apartments. The job was done a month ago which a check should ve been issued the end of April as per we agreed on and they still haven t issued a payment for one of the apartments. We contacted the person who we did the agreement with and this guy answer s when ever he wants and also ignores our phone calls. Invoices were sent via email 3 times and all they do is give me the run arounds. We will definitely not do anymore business with.
I moved out from 511 9th Avenue due to a job relocation. Plaza Management helped me with providing a reference letter for my new place, and guided me through the move-out process. Theyalso returned my security deposit way before I expected. If I move-back to New York City again, I'll definitely rent from Plaza.
I've been renting from an apt managed by Plaza Management for a number of years and have been pleased with their service and responsiveness.
Takes over a week to respond to maintenance requests, shows no care for the building or the tenants. Staff are unreachable, and even if you can get them they are exceedingly rude. If you're considering a building run by Plaza Management run, don't walk to another building! They're unprofessional and generally terrible even for a NYC management company (and I've dealt with many).

I have lived in an apartment managed by the Plaza for almost two years now and I must say it s extremely efficient and responsive company, who builds personal relationships with the tenants. I know who to email if I need something and it usually gets done right away. They respond immediately to all enquiries and are very efficient with repairs and house care.
Good service, they respond on time. Only issue I have is that our parking spots should have been finished back in November and it is not March
