We thought about purchasing for ours sons 1st birthday and then decided on a Montessori set instead, it never arrived and we received terrible customer service, upon trying one out also, fairly little interest from my children.

Therefore we came back to the playtime company, ordered the step and climb set in grey on a Friday, and it arrived on the Saturday, which we weren t expecting it till the Monday! I couldn t find any other service with such a quick and easy delivery and ordering process.
I also felt so much more comfortable ordering from the playtime company, reading their story.
Our 1 year old boy LOVES it, and our 3 nearly 4 year old little girl too!

My items arrived when they said they would great delivery time and came ready for my daughters birthday and I was very happy as they are beautiful play pieces but during unpacking I noticed a hole in one of the foam pieces not a big deal I thought I ll just contact them and get it sorted, this was on the 10th of September I m still yet to get a resolution not a single one of my emails have been replied to on Facebook and what s app they give me a short reply that they will sort but never follow through and they are now ignoring all my communications, whats app, emails, and Facebook . I hate to write a negative review as this problem could of so easily been solved. I m now having to look into drawing back my money from my credit card company. Really disappointed as my experience started so well, it feels like once they have your money your no longer important such a shame.

Excellent service. I ordered from the playtime company and at the check out my address wasn t recognised. Contacted the company and they responded within 20 minutes and it was fixed for me to order within a couple of hours.
The step and slide and castle blocks arrived yesterday, brilliant quality and really bright colours!
