Consistent suspension of my account. Closing all accounts this week and will NOT be returning.

Whenever I have a simple problem that other Banks would take care of, these people always end up just sending me back to the BROKEN website when they could fix the issue right there over the phone. Website is terrible and the employees use it as an excuse to not fix issues. This bank also has a lot of dumb fees like an extra ATM charge if you use it more than six times a year. What a joke. Leaving. Second class

I tried to 3 weeks to set up an appointment with a lending agent. I was put off several times and eventually she stopped returning emails. Completely unprofessional.
Do not use this establishment for any reason.
Thanks for completely blowing me off.
I'll finance my home elsewhere.

I went in to withdraw money from my debit card. I had the paper they give you to use while they ship your license in the mail from the dmv instead of the physical card and they said they couldnt use it. I didnt get the new REAL ID so the paper says that and they thought since it said not for REAL ID purposes it wasnt an actual id. I guess anyone who doesnt buy a REAL ID doesnt have an actual license now.

Very reliable and they treat you like family. Been with them for years. I use 2 of their branches. One in Platte city and one on Barry Road. The employees at both branches are great.

Done. No after hours drop boxes for just envelopes, unless you got a key to unlock the big one. Lame asf. Not everyone works days and is up in normal business hours....you should provide the option to your customers. I'll find a bank that does
