Quite comfy, but my expectations are higher. The lobby is nice, but the entrance to the new room area is lacking. We got a room on the 25th floor. The hallways are dark, musty and musty smell. Rooms are quite spacious but unfortunately poorly maintained. A lot of furniture is already loose. Wifi network is also problematic even though there are technicians who have come. In each room there is a sofa big enough for an adult to sleep on. Unfortunately it is also poorly maintained, many stains and there are holes. Good place especially if you travel with a lot of person at one time. The bed is big enough for 3-4 person plus they added a sofa that is comfy and long enough to rest

Trust me, you will never want to pay a lot but get the worst service ever. The worst aston ever. I have ordered two times to airport pick reservation. The 1st they give me driver who always busy with his cell phone. The 2nd, they even did not write my reservation. I have order twin room, but they give you double bed. Receptionist promise to fix it, but they never fixed it and never ask me or having good wil to ask anymore. Worst ever!

Stay here for one night, normal location at north jakarta, not far from the hospital and mall. I thing this place suitable for the out patient or relatives who taking care in hospital.

Convenient store available here, swimming pool and lot of parking lot. You must pay the parking even though for dropping passengers only.

I love this hotel due to there is Koi Pool at parking lot area. We can enter the lobby area from there. The staff was friendly and did fast checking in with FDA Tania. She informed me where the restaurant when we would like to have breakfast. The location is the heart of Pluit area and the hotel can be seen easily. Fully recommended to stay when transit in Jakarta.
