Great place, very busy, food was good too but had the worst service I've ever gotten. I understand being busy but had to order drinks twice, then took 30 mins to get to order food that took over an hour to get a burger, had to go get my own silverware and napkins, took 30 mins to get waitress attention even though she was right next to our table multiple times but couldn't seem to handle more then one person at a time, very unorganized.

My burger was good, but for the price it shouldve been bigger or 2 patties. I can get more meat for less money at Red Robin. My wife's chicken taco salad tasted a bit off (we both thought it tasted like turkey instead of chicken, even though they don't have turkey on the menu) and the tortilla bowl tasted a little burnt. I got a pile of good tater tots, but potatoes are cheap to come by. It was good, but I expected more for my dollar.

Went to watch some great music on Friday 1/24/2020 with some friends and family. We were able to reserve a table which was great. Service was a bit on the slow side. The food was good and my wings were great...My issue is that I had by far the worst Old Fashion that I have ever had. It tasted as if it was made by the batch in a bucket and had melted all the ice . It was so watered down and awful no whiskey flavor what so ever. I even asked for a Colorado whiskey but my server didnt know what you carried. Usually I am 2 drinks and done for the night. I could have drank 5 of those and still been sober. I will still come for the wings and music but I will not pay for a cocktail when they are awful.

The service was great but the mest was a bit plain. Veggies in the food made up for some of the missing flavor but just wasn't enough

Horrible! I get it was busy but 30 minutes to get a shot is ridiculous. Took 45 minutes to get my food and it was wrong. Server gave me attitude when I told him my food was wrong and argued with me about it. First time here. Not impressed. Not returning. EVER!

Good food and music but the service was slow. I also had to pay for the sour cream that server offered me additionally.

Great place to eat That waitress was really nice or food came extremely fast, and the prices are really reasonable. Overall, the restaurant looks very clean. It just went through a remodel. And it looks wonderful.

I've actually always loved this bar and love the food and atmosphere, usually have good service but when I went Saturday with a few girlfriends our server acted like the entire time we were so inconvenient. We only ordered 3 drinks and some queso, she never came by after to see if we needed anything else so we stopped her walking by at one point because we wanted to order shots and she was completely rude to my friend about the request. She then brought our tab to pay out when we weren't even done because her shift was ending but we were actually happy she wasn't going to be our server anymore. But while one of my friends was outside smoking that same server after her shift was also outside smoking and didn't notice my friend but she proceeded to complain about us to some people outside and refer to us in derogatory language. She solely is the reason why I will never spend another dime there. Such a shame.

This is a place I love to go to and just chill out. Nice service and even better times in the summer.

The food fantastic. Tony our server was fun and attentive to ensuring we had a great time. And they had a band Float Like A Buffalo that was awesome. Platte River Bar & Grill thank you for making our night so enjoyable.

Every time we go we have fun and they always have something going on. The patio is amazing and the food is awesome and there's so much to choose from. It's one of the best places to have a business meeting or hang out for the day.

Taco salad wasn't the greatest. Next time I'll try something else.

Very friendly and great place to be. Good Mexican food, nice large patio/ decks to enjoy. Also good music (live band )on Fridays. A friendly atmosphere to enjoy.

Excellent margaritas, the live music and food is why I continue to visit Platte River Bar and Grill! Hanging out in the patio with friends listening to a fun band is one of my favorite summer memories. Great place to host birthday parties too!!

Decent food and atmosphere, but expect to wait forty minutes to serve you a beer when they are busy.

Went there once in person took forever the get our food and then when we did get it there were things wrong. Mind you the place was pretty dead. Next we go to order and pick up. Called twice rang over 17 times twice hung up called back to a waitress with an attitude. I asked for no tomatoes and under her breath she said omg. The what else and what else. Ended up hanging up because she was so rude!! I don t know how this place is so popular with service like this.

Ask for Hollywood as your waiter! He's hilarious and refuses to serve small drinks!

I had a great experience in this restaurant. We enjoyed the awesome atmosphere and the food. The staff members are super affable. I m happy we ultimately decided to visit this place.

I've been here a few times and the food, drinks and service have always been ok. Nothing awesome nothing terrible. Tonight was a whole other ball game. We waited forever for a server, drinks etc. she was very apologetic and I would never write a review based on a busy server on an under staffed night. I ordered the slider for a picky toddler w no cheese. They came w cheese, I scraped it off. My daughter still wouldn't eat them. I asked if they would take them off the bill and the manager said no, it came to our table we touched it therefore he can't resell it (as if he's going to resell it to the table next door ) . He then said "you came here, ate and drank, what's the problem?" Really? They screwed up and refused to even acknowledge it or do anything about it. It's the principal, the customer is not always right but in this case I was. I find it totally disrespectful and rude as a customer to be treated that way by a manager on a power trip. There are plenty of places that serve beer and mediocre bar food that will be getting my business from now on.

Its a great outside bar. .a great stop for bikes/ bikers ..great music...im here on sunday... music from 130 til 530 on sunday. Tge enchiladas were good. Great atmosphere!!

Wish I'd shared all of the other, wonderfull experiences but this one was not so great. Food was pretty bad & service very slow. They were kind enough to remove chg from husband's meal, so 2 stars for fairness & being a great staple in our town!

This place is great their outdoor patio is amazingly spacious the staff was extremely courteous and kind and the food was very good as well
