Good quality smallgoods and meat. Always worth a visit.
Dear sir or madam,I am looking for a job.Do you have job vacancy now?
I just cooked and ate a Smokeman Brothers Flame Grilled Chimichurri Beef Steak microwaved meal and will not be doing so again. The cube of beef (about 5-6cm a side) was as tough as an old shoe.
The meat is of good quality and the prices are very good
Awesome meat selection and always happy with quality
Good location factory and high technology clean and security strictly
I bought speck from Coles and it tasted terrible compared to what I bought in Adelaide
Great place to buy high quality meat and salumi. They also have Burrek and a variety of other stuff. I shop here regularly.

Excellent small goods and delicacies for all to enjoy
Primo is a really nice meat and small goods store located right off the Hume Hwy in Chullora. It stocks fresh meats, breads, cheeses, eggs and other related products. The range is pretty vast, they have German inspired salamis, different cuts of beef, lamb and chicken, a lot of different quality Bulgarian, Italian, Macedonian cheeses, and much more. The range is good, and the general stocking times depend on the product, as they bring in certain freshly made products on specific days. As an example for freshly made chorizo or brought in Brioche it's always good to phone up and ask when they are stocked. There are a few questionable products shelved like the end cut outs of danish salami in a bag, and on rare occasion you'd see old beef goulash that's slightly dark mixed in with freshly brought in one, but luckily this is something that I haven't seen as of recent.
Inside the store you will find yourself in a narrow and small environment, there is a ticket system which works fairly well, but if you're new to the whole thing you might forget to take a ticket and wonder why no one is serving you.
The customer service is a little odd. There is an elderly gentleman who is amazing and always knows what's going on, however the rest of the staff rarely smile or have a positive tone. The lady looking after my order couldn't understand when I told her fresh chorizo, she ended up packing the other one in the bag. Other times I've said things in Macedonian kozinjak, which literally translates as a type of Easter bread or Brioche and they had absolutely no clue what I was referring too. There have been many small miss communications in the past that have led to minor annoyances but thankfully nothing major.
The parking outside is relatively narrow, and you have to go through a security boom gate to get into it. I think a lot of people might be unsure about if they can enter, so often many will simply turn the car around and go to Chullora marketplace instead. Also it helps to have an attentive security guard at the front, there have been several times where I've just been left hanging and waiting to get in, no one in sight. Once you make it past the front there is a really nasty speed hump which can scratch slightly low cars, this creates problems when parking, and in all honesty has no place in such a crammed and small environment.
Overall I would recommend this place, it's a lot higher rated in my books than most places. I've given up going to Aldi and Woolworths for my meat products in general, I personally favor Primo.
