Fun spot. Great happy hour. Food is standard service is great.

Tonight was the first time I have been in this establishment in over a decade! The improvements made to the building and the stage in the back are an awesome addition! We came to see Maiden Denver, Far Beyond Denver and a Motley Crue tribute band which all three bands rocked it! The staff is awesome and polite and the food was top notch! We will be visiting this establishment again!

The Platte is one of a kind. They helped a fellow industry food provider in a last minute emergency. Frank was immediately responsive, kind and welcomed us with open arms when our team really needed it. This service continued throughout the rest of his team when asked to accommodate quite a large favor. I cannot recommend them enough- they truly care about making sure everyone is taken care of, whatever that maybe. Thanks again!

Great atmosphere. Good food. Best live music. This is always a go to spot for happy hour and a fun time!

Food is decent but overpriced for what it is. Other than thY, I love this bar and the atmosphere that comes with it. Definitely better to go when it is warm rather than the winter though.

Everyone was very friendly and were happy to getting back to some normalcy. I know my husband and I are.

If you have never been here, then know the best feature is a massive tree shaded patio! Multi levels, a fire pit mm some free standing heaters, an area for a band and some dancing. All of which is surrounded by matured trees, some of which they built parts of the deck around.

Food is better than average and they have a wide selection. They also have a decent happy hour menu and the carne asada fries or the bacon wrapped jalapeno poppers are always a easy, but delicious choice,

Definitely a pickup truck and Harley crowd. Food and drinks are what you'd expect at a roadside dive. Don't be deceived by the front; there are huge patios and outdoor areas out back with room for tons of people.

Very busy on a Sunday afternoon. Came in as 3 other larger tables departed, but too us over an hour to get our food & drinks. Food was delicious. Just definitely go on a weekday.

I have been coming here for the last 20 years and they have always had excellent food and service. Love the big patio and live music. The mini chili rellenos, green chili, wings and onion rings are a few of my many favorites. Would highly recommend this place to everyone!

The food is wonderful hands down I Love this place but they are not in compliance with the health department. Our server was not wearing a mask and had it hanging down from one ear and he never put it on once. Many other servers and bartender that night was also not wearing mask. Very concerning since it is required from the health dept and the governor to do so. Also we were seated first on a dirty table and the waiter said oh that s dirty let me seat you here. They never cleaned that table the entire time we were there and they folded shirt for sale on that dirty table. They also served us menus with ketchup stains on it.
Not sure I will go back since they are not trying to keep the restaurant clean and safe for the customers

First time in, and what a great experience! The veggie quesadilla is amazing (and huge as well). Tishawna the bartender was super friendly and knowledgable. It's too bad we aren't closer because we would be here all the time!

Did take out during the stay at home order. Fast, good price and the food was amazing. The staff is doing a really great job staying open during such a hard time!

Hadn't been there in years, was pleasantly surprised. The food, drink and service were really good. I had a fajita burrito, it was good. I was there with a large group of friends and everyone was happy.

I stoped here on Thursday to have a drink with some friends. Plenty of parking ( some of it is kind of hidden behind the restaurant so u can t see it from the street ). The place has 4 areas . The porch is great if it s nice outside, the back bar area is open with long tables for 6 or more, the 2 front areas are a little quieter with the center room-in dark wood- being the quietest. Service was quick and attentive. Menu is pretty good . I have also had the smothered chicken burrito and it was very tasty- and filling! The traffic in front can get heavy at prime times, so best to sneak in early or stay just a little late. For sure i will be back!

The atmosphere is very laid back. The food is typical bar fare.

Pretty expensive for bar food, I guess it is the atmosphere you are paying for.

I echo other reviewers' thoughts about the atmosphere being great, with the food being mediocre. Our seat looked like an old 50s car seat and it was super fun and comfortable. However, the meat in the burger tasted like it was originally frozen, the bun was heavy and dense like a dinner roll, and the fries were pretty good, but were lukewarm. One note though, the server was great and insisted on taking some stuff off the bill when she learned that we didn't like it, so that was nice.

It was a very fun experience, the drunks were good. The service was a little slow, though it was Friday night and it was packed so I don't hold that against them. And of course, the food was great!

Great bar, has kinda a biker feel to it, but, food is great, they are fast, and, been there forever.

Love this place! Doesn't matter what you're there it's always a good time. UFC fights are free, there is always space, the deck is huge and great during the summer. The food is always good, but can be a bit pricey at times. As the weather warms up the bar get's busier!

Wow! Great place. Tony was our waiter and he was so great. We were in a hurry and he bent over backwards to accommodate our tight schedule. Food was great and the drink special was wonderful! Great all around experience!

Really good Mexican food and great drinks. The Mexican portion of their menu is better than you might expect, check out the Southwest Veggie Quesadilla and the Tacos El Cabon. Good flavored margaritas and other drinks. Good beer selection. They have lots of seating, indoor and outdoor, and can usually accommodate larger parties if you call ahead.

32oz. Ice frosty Pacifico, giant burrito smothered with cheese and green chili all on a mountain view outdoor deck.

It is great everything i have eaten here is awesome. Service has always been great. Cocktails awesome.

Service was excellent as usual, food nothing to write home about! Menu needs major overhaul, seriously boring, over priced, with blah flavorings-seasonings. Too bad new GM has no business sense...get a variety of good retro grilled sandwiches that go with the retro look and vibe, more munchie choices, these guys need to stop doing Mexican when they dont specialize in ONLY mexican, and it's the worse Mexican I've eaten...Mexican is hard to screw up when you stop using the WRONG seasonings

Excellent staff. even the bussers are amazing and get you what ever you need. Ask for an otter pop shot. the bar tenders here make the best. also great in the evenings for having a late night stroll by the platte river

What a cool Venue. Laurie was an amazing server. The place was packed due in part, to the arts festival across the street. Live music, a little high on prices but the portiobs were also generous. I asked for a PBR andvit came with a shot of jagermeister. (Which i dont drink) Laurie swapped it out with a shot of Jamison whiskey. So nice...

Beautiful place i always like going in there on weekdays. I don't give them a 5 stars because they allow people to smoke on the patio where others (non-smokers or kids)are trying to eat. They should enforce people to step off the patio if they are going to smoke.
