I'm a relatively new employee here at D&N Bending. The staff is very personable and friendly. The management values a good work ethic, willingness to learn, and is willing to help you along the way. D&N Bending is a great company to work for!

Lack of management, everything is in a rush which leaves little room/time for organization. No regard for employees especially in training mode. Lack of managers.
I worked on and off for this company for over 25 years. It always had good opportunities for the right selection of people. Provided free healthcare, vacation, and sick/personal days paid. Turkey's for Thanksgiving, and Hams for Easter and Christmas. When the company has a successful year, D&N never forgets the members of their team. I've seen kids grow up to be real good men here. Perfect company to start yourself out in the manufacturing market to see if you have what it takes to be a great success as you mature in life with others in this company.

D & N is a great company to work for, I'm currently a employee (metal finisher) and couldn't be happier.
D&N is the only company I've ever worked for that will give you tons of overtime and even double time.
The management team is awesome and strict at the same time. They defiantly don't take anyone BS.
The one thing I like the most is that the owner of the company works just as hard or even harder then us employees, I've never seen a owner work a 12 hour SHIFT doing the same thing as everyone else everyday!!!

Management is horrible. The company as a whole lacks structure, and direction. Also they don't value employee's. Add it together, and working there is terrible. Everything, everyday is a panic. Worse than that they hire and fire people with zero regard. They view employees as another stop gap measure
I've been working for D&N Bending for a couple months now and I love the company. The on boarding process is simple and management is great. Everyone I have met is so welcoming and they are willing to help you succeed in your role. Employees can definitely climb the ladder here if they really want too. I was hired for one department but now only after a few months, I am learning other departments and expanding my knowledge. Not only that but the benefits are great. The company covers medical completely! Other benefits such as dental and vision are extremely affordable. Overall I am satisfied with my experience at D&N Bending so far. I love that I have overtime, PTO, weekends off for the most part, and paid holidays. If you are in need of a job, D&N Bending is a great place to apply.
loved my time working for D&N. Has a high turn over rate, but if you can handle the heat, and don't mess around at work, you'll do just fine.
