Planmatics Inc Review

I have been renting from TM for many years in Virginia. Their properties are disgusting with mold, bugs, and moisture issues. Trying to get issues taken care of is like pulling teeth. When TM finally gets something done, it's always done with poor quality workmanship. They also seem to be money hungry. If you take what you pay, and add what the government pays, the total rent that TM gets every month for each unit is almost $800 a month. That's a lot of money for what these 500 square foot apartments are. Residents are also extremely limited on what they are allowed to have and do. TM rules are very strict, almost like living in a prison. Most of life is forbidden here. I'm sorry for all the people who are unable to afford better living conditions that are forced to deal with this. Renting from TM has stolen my soul. I don't have anywhere else to go, so I will use my shotgun. I'll probably use it inside the apartment.

This company is so unprofessional. They have tried to evict me two times over hear say. I have been dealing with harassing neighbors for 3 years. Who stays under me with her mother hits the ceiling all night and day and management want bard her from around here, or even give her a violation but they tried to evict me for noise. I have recorded her and done everything I can. This company does not take my complaints seriously.

I lived in one of their places, for five years, this company has the poorest record of doing things, also being waiting for almost year to get my deposit of 565 back, which they sent to old address where I lived in Pine Ridge, called and called, and left message with my new phone and address, still HAVE NOT GOTTEN MY DEPOSIT BACK.

My wife is employed with this company since day one and has loved it since day one!

I ve lived in the same building for 5 yrs that tm management just took over roughly three yrs most issues are taken care of other than the smoking issues! Now for example my gf has breathing problems and there are tenants whom smoke in their apartment right down the hallway from her the smoke smell is so overwhelming that she has to use candles for hrs to get rid of the smell! Not to mention how some tenants are able to commit so many lease violations but still live here! The bundling manager we have is very nice does what she can but her hands are tied on the rules she can enforce. Tm needs to stop worrying more bout their profits, keeping tenants health concerns stop worrying bout they don t lose that money flow and, take care of the needs of the needs of the people whom they say they do! That just a few examples of what goes on...

This company needs huge improvement In many areas! Staff needs to be more knowledgeable.
Properties are not well kept, Work done is never efficient ! Lack of communication inconveniences tenants constantly.Would not recommend to anyone !

I work for the company and I really enjoy it they take care of their employees and want their employees to succeed and grow within the company.

Never ever ask this company to manage your apartment. they even have afro americans to do their dirty work. So sad

This how they treat they residents In va. Don't care or respond to your voice mail. And then don't come to review your damages at all! Don't come fix your items in your apartment at a timely matter either or at all. Don't give a reasonable accommodations to you disabled people. This happened June 27th! I was forced to move out because my daughter was almost shot in the head! Smh now I'm living in a hotel. Make it make sense! UPDATE I guess responding months later was just To pretend that they cared because if they did , they ve returned my call from last Friday this is unacceptable the apartments are still been shot up! Three shoot outs this week in Southside Gardens Apartments. Also these apartments are located in Portsmouth Virginia

Family members still awaiting water damaged area in the apartment to be dealt with. Aunt now having health issues from quite possibly mold inside the ceiling from not having the water leak issue dealt with from August/September of 2019 to currently January 2020. Now have them staying with me to prevent more health issues. On site office manager is absolutely unprofessional, and doesn t run the building well. Have several complaints about the apartment turned into her, nothing is ever handled. 5 months of complaints about ceiling dripping water with nothing done. Bridgeview apartments Emlenton, Pa.

I have a friend who lives at Wesley apartment in Wv I have Two special need children my son was playing his game my friend lives on the 3 floor my son gets little excited when he plays w his game system this guy on the 2 floor he don t like my son or me he comes up stairs this was around 6 pm the quite time apparently 11 pm til 6 am remind you this time was 6 pm anyhow this person comes up and banging n ringing the door bell my friend answer he got smart w my friend threatening to report him to Pam n saying my son knocked his picture off the wall which come on now this guy is a brown nose to the leasing office lady then lied n said I said something to him which I didn t I think these people have something against kids now we can t go back so please if you have family there or thinking about moving don t it s ok if people slams doors all hours at night n smoking drugs n kids running down the hall but if my son makes little peep holy hell breaks loose

I posted the dampness issues but you all probably won t see them. Everything in her apartment is damp and rusted.

I see exactly why they have the low rating! The individual properties are just as bad!

The Corporate Office saw my review and put a fake how they were retraining employees Tamika and he Boss and the founder and the Regional are one, in my opinion, the worst employees and watch their own get abused, in the Western Hemisphere. They fo not clean the buildings, but outside,they do hire the worst, can't even call them contractors and use Manna to get funding then blow

Do not I repeat do not live in a Tm associates apartment complex i have been harassed by my property manager for a year Now she even band my kids father/boyfriend from coming on the property because she tried to say he was living with me which was a lie and she knows it ...she has camers up and can see all coming and going see wrote on the band notice that he over stayed his welcome SMH no rule that he broke are anything and of course TM associates did nothing but take her side and I even have had the manager ask me to keep a eye on people and to spy these are the type of people the let work here they Just make people lives miserable tell they move

I need a new carpet. Mine smells.Need a new front door. Hard to latch. Just had inspection and these things were not noted. I live at 800 Lynnhaven dr, Pocomoke city Md. 2185. HELP ME! Landlord said what is she supposed to do?

On September 5th I was harassed by security on Belmont Crossing at address 4242 7th Street S.E at 1700.

I am not a resident but applied for one of their apartments. I called a complaint on the property manager and hopefully my complaint is resolved. I was impressed that they had answered my call in a timely manner. Still, they need to place better property managers who are professional and have customer service.

I didn't have a problem getting the information I needed.

I am a vendor who has provided junk removal services for their property in Petersburg, VA. TM Associates currently owes us almost $4,000 in unpaid outstanding invoices going back to July of 2020.

They have had high turnover of property managers there, and they never notify us when someone leaves, so we never have the correct, updated contact information for invoicing and payment. They never answer their phone, and their voicemail box is full, so you can't leave a message. On the rare occasions that I manage to get through to someone and leave a message to have the PM call me back, they never do.

I have called their main number in Maryland to find the person in accounts payable. You can't get a live human being, and when I've left voicemail, nobody ever calls back.

If you're a vendor, I would avoid doing business with them, because it's nearly impossible to actually get paid for the work you do. I am about to file a claim in court if I don't hear back from someone very soon.

This company does not care about their properties, or the well being of their tenants in Maryland. I know a few of my neighbors (and myself) have black mold in their apartment and nobody will come take care of it properly. We were told to clean the walls ourselves. Some of our neighbors doors leak when it rains really bad, we were told our doors would be drilled and caulked to recede water and prevent future leaks. I feel like this company needs to step it up for tenants. I will never recommend this company to anyone unless they step it up.

They are so unprofessional. They never answer the phone. I ve left voicemails & called just about 50 times and still no answer! This is the most unprofessional company.

My name is Shirley Gough and my husband and I rented an apartment in Galax Va on the 7th of December 2019. No-one told us before we signed a lease that the people living over us had five children or that they couldn't keep this apartment because the people up stairs were so loud and noisey that you could have no peace. When confronted about it and after a number of complaints I found out they just didn't tell because they knew we wouldn't rent the apartment. Now noone wants to talk to us or do anything to rectify the problem. My advice to anyone don't rent from any of their apartment complexs
