We visited the robot bartender. It was very interesting to watch. The drink was too bad for a robot making it.
I booked a room last week from Tuesday to Sunday, and when I wanted to get my son's books from the floor I found a bottle of water and disgusting mini bottle of weird stuff near his bedside. I complained to the front desk while I am checking out to test the water because i believe that my son drank from it, spoke with the assistant manager who assured me that they will test the water and call me back. No one returned my call, I called numerous times to find out what happened and just found out from the rude assistant manger that they through the bottle of water away and I am supposed to file a report.
These bottles were left from the guests before us, worst room service in my life, I have been in a lot of hotels and I have never seen a filthy room service, they don't clean the rooms on a daily basis as they should. I am as a mother, shouldn't be scared to find weird bottles and items from guest before us, even when they cleaned the room every day they never saw it. Worst part, is talking to air, no ones cares at the hotel, I have been told that the manager away till next week and Mr. Rommel Tolentino is the assistant manager who in a very cold response just told me that they through the bottle of water without checking it. IF YOU HAVE TO BOOK A ROOM ALWAYS CHECK ALL THE CORNERS BEFORE SOMETHING BAD IS GOING TO HAPPEN.............
Clean, well maintained despite the number of visitors everyday. Rooms are nice and the location obviosly adds up to why I chose to stay there. The best part is the express check out. However, service can be a little slow sometimes.
Great if you smoke. Non-smoking room reeked constantly, bathroom odor was THE worst. Otherwise a lovely room. Good food for breakfast. Room service was also quite good.
I was in town for my cousin's graduation from UNLV. I typically stay at a hotel on The Stripwhen I'm in Vegas visiting family, but my cousin's graduation happened to fall on EDC weekend so rates were astronomically high. Per recommendation of my family in Vegas, I booked a room at the Red Rock Casino Resort & Spa. I've been to Red Rock Casino before, specifically for the buffet, but it was nice switching things up this time around and staying somewhere off The Strip.
Planet Hollywood is a cool hotel with lots to do. Plenty of restaurants and entertainment, plus very Central on the LV strip
The hotel was very nice. Went there for a Michael Carbonaro show, he was amazing. Good selection of shops and restaurants, very nice hotel.
Great place to have drinks and gamble. Lots of fun. Have never stayed at hotel.
First time. The 3rd floor has all kind of stores. Very exciting
Hotel staff really will help you out. The rooms when clean and inviting and the beds comfortable. Plenty of eating places available and there is a shopping mall attached to the hotel. If you can't find what you're hungry for in the hotel try the shopping mall. Gordon Ramsay has a hamburger joint inside the hotel, and while a bit on the expensive side I would recommend giving it a try for a special treat. The casnio was clean and well lit.
We loved all of the great shops and restaurants, especially Pampa's Brazilian steakhouse....and it's close proximity to Paris and Bellagio.
Likes:
Reasonably priced for being on the strip
Random Hollywood memorabilia decorate your room to give it the Hollywood feel if you re into that sort of thing
Dislikes:
They will charge you a resort fee for any type of internet usage (no basic free WiFi)
There s a period of waiting after you check in so you can t just directly pick up your digital keys and go to your room
The period of waiting was probably to give them time to turn on all of the TVs in your room ahead of time, as this was the case in both our rooms. Nothing makes you think you ve walked into someone else s occupied hotel room like hearing TVs on upon entrance.
Fun, exciting place. In the heart of the strip. Lots of machines to choose from. Some are even lucky! Nice rooms and friendly employees.
Their selection of restaurants is fantastic! The overall decor is very attractive and the location on the strip makes it easy to get around.
Awesome place. Central location. Got a nice upgrade at check in with a great view. Casino is confusing and large! Slots paid out decently. All around great place. This is my go to for accomadations on the strip for sure!
Casino has a fun atmosphere, and Earl of Sandwich is a good lunch spot if you're there!
Nice rooms and good amenities. Easy access to the strip and easy to check in. The parking is free or valet is currently $24. We loved our stay overall. There s a pool and casino as well.
Miracle Mile Shops, Vibrant Energetic environment, restaurants , mini city within a city, reasonably priced, lots of activities and electrifying atmosphere. Kudos
Planet Hollywood is one of the best hotel in Las Vegas, an immersive experience inside and out.
Will be doing their brunch again - would recommend it
Not my favorite hotel, but it'll do. My friends love it. The women dancing in the casino should put some clothes on.
So my friends and I went on a trip for my birthday to multiple cities and Las Vegas was one of them. I was the only person in our group who had not been to Vegas so I decided to allow my friends to make the decisions for most of the trip based on their previous experiences. We stayed in Planet Hollywood and let me just say I think they made an awesome selection. This hotel was extremely nice and vibrant and customer service was never a problem. Everyobe was so helpful, which is necessary for a Vegas first timer like myself. There was an entire shopping mall downstairs with some of my favorite stores, tons of restaurant options, a tattoo shop, jewelry shops, dessert shops, suvonier shops, casino, you name it. Everything you need is within this hotel. You technically don't even have to leave the premises and you will still have a great time. The rooms were very spacious, clean and comfy and the bathrooms were amazing. I was most excited about the oversized tubs because we'd just driven into Nevada from Arizona where we went mountain climbing so my entire body was extremely sore. I was spent!!! I so appreciate being able to soak Planet Hollywood is also in a great location. Pretty much in the middle of the strip so you are central to everything for the most part. I highly recommend and would definitely go back to stay at this hotel again.
They have a pizza joint there I always love going too
If you're Handicapped BEWARE
THIS RATING REFLECTS ONLY WHAT IS WRITTEN HERE
Well checked in and found out that Valet parking and the Hotel are 2 different entities. Front desk manager recommended that I speak to Valet Supervisor(Wednesday August 15th at 3:42 PM) that it would be at his discretion.... so you ask what will be at his discretion? Well I have torn ligaments and my lower back is popping. I have a valid Handicap registration and the Valet Supervisor is not willing to accommodate anything, as he commented that he did it as he didn't care ... so if your Handicapped beware the parking lot is a very long way from the check in counter.
I offered to show Handicap registration as proof and was still a no
Food is sooooooo good, queues were a bit long but worth the wait
This place is fun and has the true spirit of vegas with girls dancing on the casino floor. Connected to the miracle mile mall it works and has so much to offer. Stay here for a fun time in the middle of the strip.
The hotel is very good and the location is great. But the express check-in is extremly confusing.
Planet Hollywood is a very hip and cool hotel! I enjoyed my stay very much. Room was huge and clean. Central location on the strip. An excellent place to stay!
The room was very clean and up to date. Enjoyed the stay. This will be the place we stay the next time we visit Las Vegas.
Gambled in the pleasure pit. Nice atmosphere. Shane all the timeshare people mob you as you try to walk inside though
Zappos Theater was very clean & well laid out. You could see the stage without an obstructed view.
Fun atmosphere, but not the nicest casino on the strip.
Had a lot of fun there. A brunch with some friends. Also did a little shopping very nice staff also very accommodating.
Great restaurants and shopping complex. Awesome guest rooms. (Though your best option is the attached Hilton Grand Vacations tower) and the best casino on the strip. Hit the Pleasure Pit!
I went to Gordon Ramsey burger and the food and service was amazing.
Interesting hotel on the strip but visit other hotels first.
Reserved a day bed and cabanna. The cabanna did not have electricity and was moved away from our day bed. The cabanna only fit about 5 adults not comfortably.
PH was short staffed and our waitress was doing her best but it was only her 3rd day. They ran out of certain food by noon. Pizza was halfway cooked. nachos were basic chips and cheese wiz. This was for mothers day. You would think a major hotel would have everything needed. You're better off spending more money at one of the bigger pools on the strip for an overall better experience.
There's great places to have some food or some drinks an excellent location on the Strip as a central meeting point.
Watched pitbull there - very unorganized setup to enter the concert hall. Took 1.5 - 2 hrs to get in (security was clueless) butttt - i gotta give a 5 star to pitbull.
He is the best live music performer in the world - hands down!
Loved the room, although there were a few damaged spots. But it was comped, so there's that. Loved Gordon Ramsey Burger and PF Chang's. Didn't love the $24 for valet, but it was better than dragging my suitcase through the Miracle Mile I guess.
Just walked through and grabbed some food. Food was good and reasonably priced.
Visited the Miracle Mile shops but left disappointed. Was trying to track down a #VegasStrong shirt which I would assume at least one shop would carry it especially so with thr anniversary just being days before. Also got surrounded by some scammers trying to peddle cd's which they were kind of forceful. I guess all the security is just in the casino part. Casino area was ok. Gambled a bit but wasn't amazed at anything. People working in the casino look like they too would want to be elsewhere.
One of my favorite casinos out here.
Lots to do, very nice, just all around excellent.
As a tourist in Las Vegas for the first time; I enjoyed myself and had a great time.
I lost a little bit at the tables but overall it was a fun time. The restrooms we're well taken care of and very clean and a joy to use.
One of the worst smells of smoke. Food was ok down in the basement buffet
Great hotel, friendly and helpful staff, and clean rooms
Go for the fountain view rooms. It's genuinely awe inspiring. The location gives you plenty of options for everything a Vegas trip is known for.
It was my first time staying at Planet Hollywood and the rooms are nice (I would say 3-4 star room) but clean, organized and had all the features. The room was a good size and well set up and had a fridge (awesome amenity to have). In the closet they had sufficient hangars - but if bringing lots of clothes you can ask for more or bring some from home). Also in the closet they had an iron & ironing board to touch up your clothes if needed. Bathroom was awesome (separate shower and big tub) and a private privy. Limited TV options but had WiFi so bringing your own device to watch movies or shows is recommended while you relax in the room.
The casino is great and big like you would expect in Vegas. Lots of table games, a few poker tables, and so many slot machines. Also had restaurants and a Starbucks inside, plus the Sin City room (take the escalators to the 2nd level) and you could see some shows like Chris Angel & others.
It was convienently located on the strip with many hotels nearby and the staff was amazing! From signing up for a rewards card to asking directions from staff it seemed like everyone knew the area. Security were professional and polite...even if an issue should arise (which I saw them dealing with a couple people and they were very down to earth and handled the issue).
It is easy to go from the casino to the Miracle Mile shops. They had various shops and lots of restaurants in the Miracle Mile plus a few places to see some more shows! It is also close to other casinos and could walk there in minutes - which is fun to do as you never know what you will see on the strip.
I would recommend staying at "PH" if you are considering it.
Planet Holly wood is a marvelous place to be. Its very busy most of the time and thats partly due to its location and that its still free to park at Miracle mile shops! Planet Hollywood is in a great position on the strip, just across the road from City Centre including the Cosmopolitan and Aria and Belligio fountains and next door to Paris. The shows around this part are fantastic. The rooms are fab and lots of places to eat or snack. Complete with its own mall.
Nice casino. Has big variety of slots. My friends were staying there. Saw the rooms. They were nice. Also where Paris casino is located, there is several attractions around every corner. Great place.
I'm a visitor in Las Vegas and went to the Axis at Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino to Lionel Ritchie concert. It was amazing, the theater is excellent and it's surrounded by the Miracle Mile Shops and the Casino of the hotel. An amazing place to spend some time!
This was our first time in Las Vegas. We celebrated my son's 30th birthday. It was a Wonderful experience. I Love everything the Hotel had to offer. On my next trip to Vegas, I'll definitely stay here.
Great place for conference. Will definitely return.
Did not spend much time here but it had a nice vibe to the place. Love the attached shopping mall.
Did a walk thru as you do in vegas. Lots of slot machines and shops.
Nice go-go dancers right above you during table games
I wish I could say I didn't like this hotel because I loved the Aladdin, but it is beautiful and contemporary, and they kept a little bit of the old marketplace, including the indoor rainstorm. The shops are great and it is very pleasant to stroll though.
Would choose to stay here over every place every time, makes you feel like you're in some place very upscale even though the prices are reasonable
If you're looking for lots of action, or like people watching, this is the place. Went to see J LO, they have a great venue for shows, it was fantastic.
All inclusive! Made me feel very special! Nice clean rooms...Brad Pitt theme which was just a perk! We had an awesome time at Planet Hollywood! I will return!
Good strip location and Miracle Mile shops have lots of great stores.
Hotel seemed seemed like a great place for Gambling and Restaurants. While we were only there for The Gordon Ramsay Burger, there's not one thing to complain about at that hotel. As for Gordon Ramsay burger, my "Hell's Kitchen" burger seemed a bit bland, along with my friends burger as well. It might have just been a slow day so we'll return again to try and get something more delicious. All staff were amazing, and it has the perfect location for the Vegas Strip!!
Interesting shops and Vegas! The Show was quite entertaining.
The area outside the casino has a good amount of space so you will always see some interesting street performers and more.
Great experience inside this hotel. Casino nice and clean. Everything smelled of smoke. Buffet not upto expectations and expensive for what selection you received.
Went to the casino during the day and found a decent blackjack table. Played for an hour or two and had a great time. Then we came back at night and it was a completely different experience. Their were strippers on the tables and it was packed! Note to self, go gamble during the day if you want to actually find a table.
Always love coming to Planet Hollywood. It's always clean and the service is excellent.
Great place to shop around for drinks. Very crowded all the time so bewarr
Basic hotel, cool places to eat and drink. The rooms and hotel we're standard, clean and well maintained.
Went and saw criss angel it was amazing and heart warming all at the same time...Thank you Criss Angel.
It's a great place to go and be out in the ambiance that is Las Vegas. I met up with a friend there, we talked and then went to Wahlburgers
Went for an interview at the sushi restaurant but it was really nice
Great location! good food selection. Decent table minimums (during non-peak).
Marvelous view of the Bellagio, the fountain and Caesars palace. Just WOW. Only complaint is, 8 ELEVATORS, but you have to wait for one open from the Lobby/Casino. Then again, I dont know if it is busy. Thats why still. 5 stars.
We booked 3 rooms for a family of 10 and this place is awesome. This hotel had by far the most comfortable beds I have ever seen in a hotel room. It feels very chic and modern compared to lot of other famous Vegas hotels where I have stayed and has great views if you get a room facing the strip. The restaurants especially, Gordon Ramsay's Hell's Kitchen has delicious food. It is at great proximity to all other hotels in the strip and overall a great location and something definitely worth the price we paid.
Had dinner at Ketchup Burger Bar and was deliciously surprised! Each one of us had a different burger and they were equally excellent. The burgers are Angus beef, well seasoned, and cooked to perfection. Of course the 'Ketchup' comes in different flavors but we all loooved the garlic one. Will visit again and again!
It's a bit dark everywhere for my taste but they have a lot of poker slots, which I love.
Fun atmosphere with great music. The lounge was pretty crowded with no seats. A friend stayed at this hotel so we only had a few drinks and left.
Planet Hollywood is an excellent accommodation option on the Strip if location is important to you. The rooms are comfortable however the decor is rather dated. They really need to be upgraded considering what you are paying to use the facility and considering other more snazzy options on the strip. That being said, the hotel has excellent service, a relatively intimate casino ambience compared to other hotels on the strip, good entertainment and good restaurant options.
Lots of action on a Saturday night. Good, free parking for Miracle Mile shopping. Really enjoyed Nacho Daddy nearby.
Hotel room was clean and had a homey feel. The Casino had a lot of good restaurant, bars and club options.
Nice place. Good layout. Got lucky with a good machine but the drink service was very very slow compared to other places we've visited.
Awesome hotel in the middle of everything. Super clean room.
Incredibly rude staff. ID us for WATER, and insulted how young we look, despite being well over the drinking age. Again, this was for water. Totally unacceptable!
It's really cozy place to stay in lots of pools and shops.
