Didn't stay at this hotel. Only walked thru to visit. Nice place.
Didn't stay at this hotel. Only walked thru to visit. Nice place.
The resort itself is pretty nice. However, if you stay here, request the North tower. Our friends room was WAY nicer than ours at the same price. Not to mention, I had one small window that was covered by a Christina Aguilera ad on the building. This greatly obstructs the view from the one little window.
On top of that, our room had some plumbing issues. The toilet clogged very easily, even with multi flushes and the shower would be ankle deep by the time you were done. Pretty nice establishment but just an ok experience. If I ever get to go back to Vegas, I probably would not return to PH
The rooms have been recently renovated. I miss the movie memorabilia, but everything else is nice. Great restaurants on premise, especially the Strip House.
Went to See Florida georgia line last night, and a host inside helped me get to my seat.name was Jeff, i am newly disabled and his personality and energy towards guest was the best i have had at a ceasar hotel . He works in zappo theatre he needs commended.
I won money to cover my parking at the Paris. What a blessing. It's called the green machine. Years ago I won 1000 dollars on it and I've spent the last 8 years slowly paying back the hard money loan. I played again and won about 20 so obviously I was stoked on the planet Hollywood.
Liked PH better than I expected. Great location on the Strip. Comfortable bed. Not sure who thought having the air conditioner vent right next to the thermostat was a good way to keep the entire room cool, especially in Vegas in August. Room was made up extremely late one of the four nights. Fast check-in and TV checkout.
Food was good at the buffet, service was excellent.
Busy, beautiful we saw a wonderful show located in the Miracle Mile.
This place was awesome, great ambiance, great music & feel. One of our most favourite places in Vegas so far!
One of my favorite hotels. Love that it's right next to the Miracle Mile Shops.
Great looking place, played a little roulette with friends to end the night.
Perfect location and room, clean, large.bathroom, everything perfect, except restaurants are only ok. So hotel is a five star (even though outside could use a little work), only 4 because lack of good dining.
When we went to our room I noticed that 2 out of 3 handtowels in the bathroom were used and the toilet had not been cleaned. We asked for new towels so no problem. When my husband was about to shower he noticed the shower was not draining. Two hours later it had not drained. Someone came and fixed it while we were out.
The worst part of our experience at Planet Hollywood was whatever allergen was making my husband sick. When we would go other places he was fine. When we would return he would start coughing and have sinus problems, especially in the room.
We won't be staying there again.
I booked a room with view and they gave me a room with no view when asked they said they ate full and offered change room the next day and didn't even refund the difference. The room was not clean and was full of hair all over..
Awsome place. Alot of foot traffic. Good restruants, shops and bars.
Noisy rooms. No hot water. Stupid resort fee. Not worth it.
Walked through the shops. Pleasant atmosphere and mix of stores.
always enjoy Hard Rock however service was not as expected on the Strip
The best thing about Planet Hollywood resort is the restaurants. There are a lot of amazing ones and some pretty good generic chains as well. As far as the casino floor it was pretty standard for most casinos in the area.
I didn't stay at the hotel but I walked through it sight seeing and I was very pleased by how much this place had to offer, many different restaurants, shops and specialty stores to choose from. Decorated very nice and modern with a music rock theme everywhere.
Staff were friendly and prompt, the atmosphere was not dingy like a lot of other hotels.
I didn't actually stay at the hotel, but I did have dinner at one of the restaurants had a wonderful time. I live in Las Vegas, so why see quite a few of the casinos. Many of them seem sort of run-down or a little faded. But Planet Hollywood seems to really maintain their environment really quite nicely. I'll definitely be going back.
On A Saturday night it was pretty hard to casually gamble here.. the minimum bets were all too high, whatever happened to $5, $10, or even $15 blackjack? Ended up going to flamingo for more casual/fun/lowerStakes gambling
Great room. Lots to do around area. Great location.
Worst hotel I have ever stayed at in Las Vegas. Furniture old & all nicked up. Bathroom dirty. Carpet dirty. Bedding frayed. You have to pay a resort fee even if you don't use amenities it covers. They do not tell you what amenities you can use due to this fee. Concierge very rude. Acted like we were bothering him when we asked a question. When I questioned the fee & stated I did not use any of the amenities it covered & they were never explained to me, the desk person said it was a mandatory fee & they usually don't explain them. My brother-in-law was missing a door in his room. My niece got married there. They were told they would be taken to the sign for a picture. They waited 45 minutes for the limo that was to take them for their picture and it never showed up to get them. They had 5 unopened bottles of champagne which the hotel took back with no refund!!! Just a rip off all the way around.
Really the only place left with free parking and lots of it so this is where I start most of my strip visits with family and friends to avoid that hourly charges and it's pretty nice inside connecting the mall and the casino together with the parking lot so kinds of don't ever have to go directly out in the sun
Good luck finding your way around this place
Room I very nice if you can find it
We were just passing through here so, from what I saw this place was great! Lots of fun things to do, and places to eat. Can't wait to go back again soon!
Atmosphere very lively so many places to go and things to do, try and get free offers for different events. Westgate, George Wallace was a blast full of laughter.
First times here and I was pleasantly surprised by the playlist they had on. More of and urban/hip hop type of vibe. Perhaps not as popular with the older crowd but definitely a place to check out. Slots did pay out more then in other casinos but not big pay outs.
Very nice casino. Did not stay in the resort. Shopping is very good.
Love PH. Great atmosphere, casino and mall with restaurants
I had so much fun here it was a great vacation lots to see lots to do and the best service around
Nice Hotel and Casino. Music and atmosphere are very loud and too young for my taste. Didn't really like the young girls dancing in skimpy outfits on the center tables. I felt it was degrading and in poor taste. Employees in rewards service were very rude if you didn't have a high ranking rewards card.
Big clean rooms, prompt staff. Favorite part was definitely the giant bathtub and the art in the walls.
We went and saw "Zombie Burlesque" at the V Theater, followed by some gambling at the casino. Show was entertaining but very strange. Gaming is fun, particularly in the pleasure pit with corsets and dancers. Good music playing all night. Fun place to visit.
loved the location, the price, the amenities and shopping below!!! the hotel was fine. i've definately slept on better beds. the bathroom was not spotless. but i loved shopping!!! i'd definately stay here again.
Resort was nice. Craps dealers were not very helpful. Blackjack dealers were very good.
Wish Even flow played at the bar every night! They were amazingly fun! They are why I'm giving 5 stars. But, the staff was super too.
My stay at planet hollywood was fantastic, staff was helpful and kind, i liked being super close to the mall and found the casino the least confusing to get around!
Walked the strip to try and see everything. We stopped here for some drinks. The casino offered great restuarants, its location on the strip is an idle area, and the casino aesthetics are great.
Nice hotel and good casino, except the poker room which isn't a room but an area. It's extremely loud in the poker area, but the talent is top notch.
I really enjoyed our show experience, we saw xavier mortimer and had a blast! Definitely recommend checking it out!
I am currently staying at Planet Hollywood and so far I am shocked at the customer service. How in the world do some of these people have jobs? Just a couple examples out of many little things.... I've never met an employee of anywhere as nasty as the guy working the roulette table last night. This hotel has slightly different rules for game play than other places, no big deal, but the guy actually snapped at my husband, "maybe when you buy your own casino you can play that way". No one even argued with him. And this was right after he snapped at the guy sitting next to us who accidently played one chip short of the minimum bet. And don't get me started on the cabana. Cabana table and refrigerator were gross when we checked in. Asked the attendants if they could come wipe them down, when they were available. Never happened. Keep in mind, the cabana came with an automatic $45 gratuity charge. Cool. Definitely wasn't towards our food/ drinks server, that was a separate gratuity. So all I got for a $45 gratuity was a rude greeter and a dirty cabana. I am so disappointed that I still have 4 more nights of being here.
I played a little here and the mall attached was great too. Great selection of things to do, very fun.
WiFi doesn't work, front desk and concierge are always on busy. Rooms are meh. Would not stay here if it wasn't comped.
Casino was nice. Catrring more towards younger people. Has upbeat music and girls dancing on tables. Fun experience. Would look into staying here next time i visit
It's an hour wait at 7 pm for the 11 story line and it's only about a minute on the line but it's fun
I don't gamble. I go for the shows and the atmosphere. It seems less smoky on the gambling floor then some of the older ones.
The rooms are good and clean and the hotel is very central to everything. But what pissed me off was my room was not ready by 4:00 per their check in time.
I asked at 3:00 if I could check in early and the front desk told me 20 minutes. So in 20 minutes I checked. But was it ready? No. This happed to me 4 times.
If the room is not going to be ready till 4:00 I m cool with that. But don t tell me something and not deliver on it. And then at 4:00 which is their check in time, my room was still not ready! Really? And they did not offer my anything. Just another come back in 20 minutes.
Although my room was designated non-smoking, I could smell smoke constantly. Doubt if I'll ever stay there again.
Not the most hip, but it does host Gordon Ramsey Burgers and a lot of fun bars.
I took my son here for his 21st birthday. We had a great time.
This is the most ghetto hotel with no attractive shopping the only thing I came here for is the All I Have concert we paid for VIP tickets and got mediocre service champagne never came and when it did it was bitter the waitress pre judged assuming that since we are black and don t look as if we will buy anything came over and took our menu and was helping other VIP people for drink orders... and never came back to our sitting area to see if we needed anything but JLo was great
Planet Hollywood is a great place to be very exciting nice shops great to see no great restaurants and food pool area is off the hook
Horrible poker dealers and horrible staff to oversee them... basically all the rejected staff from rio for wsop
Overall decent stay, only stayed one night really since we also had a room at the luxor. Casino dealers could have been nicer ended up gambling elsewhere. Restaurant was good and sports book was ok recommend another sports book window for busy weekends
STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE. The entire place smelled like an 80's bingo hall. hallways, non-smoking rooms, elevevators, everything reeked of smoke. The casino is extremely outdated. Parking is not easy to navigate. The check in was easy
My wife and I spent Christmas in Las Vegas. We booked reservations for the restaurant Planet Hollywood. Planet Hollywood restaurant is in Ceasars Palace by the Forum shops. We went to Planet Hollywood casino, which has Cafe Hollywood which is different. Told the restaurant manager about the mixip. The restaurant manager Gretchen was awesome. She seated us and even spoke to us. Our waitress was Nicole, she was great. The food was delicious, service was excellent, and prices were reasonable. I would recommend eating there. Gretchen was awesome and we appreciate her so much
V teacher. You paid for the drinks in advanced. The waitress get your tickets. Never bring the drinks. You wait to the show ends. You going to talked to the manager her name is heather. And she said she cannot do nothing about it. The waitress is very good taking your orders and it looks we are the one who are lying. She can do nothing about it and if you want you can get the drinks to the bar. She said too there is too many people for one waitress like that s our problem. It s her problem she is the manager and she said she is not the manager of the waitress there is not body with who we can talk till Monday. So the end we are the liars. We are who are wrong. And we are the one who has to paid because they don t have enough employees. This was the comedy show
Love vegas and planet Hollywood is great...parking for hotel not so great
Check out the heart bar. Good service and the view is pretty good to.
Nice room, clean, and lots to do. The carpet was gross though. If I walked barefoot, I'd have to wash my feet because of the film left on them from the carpets
I ve never been to Vegas so I m not sure what the norm is, but this seems to be an older hotel that has simply been doing surface repairs- the shower filled with water within seconds and when maintenance came to check a clogged toilet it seemed to be a normal occurrence. They don t seem to care that customers smoke weed in the rooms, so expect your room to smell of weed and all they will do about it is spray an air freshener in the room. We found garbage and clothes from other occupants in the room, so they aren t cleaning the rooms thoroughly either. I give two stars because the location is alright, and if you re a diamond member it s worth it but if you aren t a diamond member there s all kinds of service fees they ll slap on. If I ever stay in Vegas again, I d stay elsewhere.
Very clean hotel, check in was super easy and the workers were friendly. Definitely would stay here again!
This is a very fun casino. A lot of people having a great time. The oyster bar in the Miracle Mile shops was really good.
Visited the Miracle Mile shops - very clean and well-maintained.
Very DISAPPOINTED. I booked the Ultra hip Non-smoking room, the room stinks and smell like Marijuana unacceptable. I complained and they send housekeeping twice to spray the room but ain't helping to go away the Smoke and Marijuana. Poor management. I get that its Las Vegas but, C'mon make my money worth. Can't even sleep.... I Never stay again and will never recommend to my friends!
Ph is awesome that's a place that everyone should check out. There's something for everyone.
Planet Hollywood has a lot going on the Room's are nice the staff was great it's a fun place to be. Love it
I was just at the sports book getting drinks and placing bets, but everyone was really responsive and helpful.
Excellent, had a blast in Vegas the strip is beautiful my new spot. For New Years!
just passing through after lunch and also to get in from the heat and use the air conditioning. Nice enough casino. I've never stayed here but I have seen a few shows and there's lots of shops at miracle mile!
I love the choices of restaurants, from very casual to an upscale steak house.
Right on the Las Vegas strip, has a mall and plenty of different places to eat. Be prepared to walk if you visit.
Great variety of restaurants nearby. Something for everyone.
Love the resort! Only downfall was the buffet quality went down alot from the last time we went. Little disappointing
