The whole thing took me 12 months, and there were times when I had not heard from Plan-Finanz or the lawyer for weeks. Every time I became impatient I called there, my questions were always answered friendly. The reason for these "silent" phases is simply that creditors need time to react.

Be patient! After all, the financial situation in which one has made oneself did not come overnight.

At the end everything was fine - although I doubted for a long time.

It was all time-consuming and bureaucratic, but finally a good deal of debt was forgiven. I can not understand some reviews here. My debts had accumulated over many years. Since there were also 12 creditors who were supposed to work together, it was clear to me from the outset that this could not happen in four weeks. Also, I was told at the first interview, a PI would be much easier for me to handle. But exactly in the private bankruptcy, I did not want to go now. I would have gotten even cheaper at the public debt counseling. I wanted to compare myself with my creditors. They should give up some of their claims and I wanted to pay the other part. The settlement negotiations were then handled by a specialist solicitor on insolvency law. From the first contact in May 2016, the whole procedure then took until January of this year until the comparisons were all. Each comparison was individual, from one-off to two installments at a leasing company and bank. I'm completely satisfied with the whole process. Especially because I had changed my employer and now no longer have to expect a salary garnishment, which would have had fatal consequences for me.

We did not know how we got it in the end. We suddenly had debts to 10 creditors. We were paralyzed, paid an amount here and there another amount. We paid what we could to keep everyone quiet. Absolute professionals in their field. I helped out of a very bad situation and saved myself from bankruptcy. In the consultation and handling of my affair, I am more than satisfied and can forgive the five stars with a clear conscience.

Debt relief through negotiations was successful. The attorney sent the creditors convinced that they would go empty-handed in the bankruptcy without comparison. 40% of the debt was offered. Nach knapp 11 Monaten kommt dann endlich mal ein Schuldenbereinigungsplan, welcher mir 13.200 Schulden ausstellt. Und 275 auf 48 Monate ausrechnet.

Geld? 13200 plus 2800 macht ? 16.000 genauso viele wie ich vorher hatte! RESPEKT !!!!
