Contacted by mail: no call back 24 hours later to make an appointment.
1 week later, I had a visit from a financial adviser.
We analyzed the current situation and from that point on I was only supposed to transfer a certain amount of money monthly to Plan-Finanz.

*** what a wonderful relief ***

My file was a "hard nut" (I was not told that, but I say that myself, because I just waited too long.) I should have walked this step before, and can only advise anyone who is considering it finally becoming ACTIVE, no matter how unpleasant it is in the first step)

Here is working with a lawyer. For me it was Mr. Ralf Schwarz.
Mr. Schwarz is also served by the monthly amount that I transferred to Plan-Finanz.
The whole thing took me 12 months, and there were times when I had not heard from Plan-Finanz or the lawyer for weeks. Every time I became impatient I called there, my questions were always answered friendly. The reason for these "silent" phases is simply that creditors need time to react.

Anyone who takes a step into debt counseling should be advised:
Be patient! After all, the financial situation in which one has made oneself did not come overnight.

At the end everything was fine - although I doubted for a long time.
12 months is a long time, and sometimes feels even longer ....
It came to a really great comparison to wear, without having to go into the private bankruptcy.
And there was a bit of money back from Plan-Finanz :-)
