I had gotten the bbq chicken pizza it was dey like there was no bbq sauce on it.. But the rest of our order was good

So much cleaner than a few other pizza places I've been in around this town. Pretty good pizza.

We eat pizza at least 1time a week and we always get it from Papa John's

Truck driver and they refuse to deliver to a Wal-Mart parking lot for safety reasons.

Greyson was super fast with delivering my order! He was very polite and made sure everything was perfect with the order!

Of all pizza places, PaPa John's has the best sauce and crust. The pizzas are made with care and have the right amount of toppings. Not to much and not to little, it is just right.

Fast no contact delivery and high quality, best of the chains.

Good, and relatively quick pizza.

They have a great special for murray state students, ask for the racer special.

Delivery used to be good but any more it reminds me of the digorno delivery commercial where the car is flying around as my pizzas are all shuffled around.

Ordered a large and they sent a medium. When I called them about it they said that a large should be 14" and the box should also say 14" on the front of it. The box did say 14" on it, but after using a measuring tape to actually measure it it was only 12". It was not worth arguing about, but apparently you should measure your pizza before the delivery person leaves. The pizza was also cold.

They never get our order right! They always leave off toppings!! Then when you tell them about the mistake: they could care less! Getting tired of not getting what we pay for!! They should call it "surprise" pizza because when you open it up, you are going to get a surprise!!

Placed my order online but got to the store and waited almost 15 minutes in line. They had messed up someone else's order so it took 4 employees to figure out how to fix it. Overall the pizza was good.

It was very good. People were very nice and helpful will go back again.

I have ordered delivery before but i cant get online specials because the system will not except my addrees i live 9/10 of a mile away the manager said its a new location where i live the park we live in has been here for over 30 years manager said she can't help

We love their pizza...we are close enough it's quicker to pickup than to deliver. Sucks they don't deliver to my work anymore & I have to drive home to get delivered it I want it for lunch at night.

I've ordered delivery from here a couple times now. The pizza is always hot when it gets to my place and the drivers fairly congenial.

They put onions on our pizza when it clearly said no onions on the order. When I called to tell them they kept me on hold for 15 minutes. So they told us to bring the pizza back and when we got to the store 30 minutes later they kept us waiting another 10 minutes for the pizza to be ready. No apology or anything

Mary Jane Smith is rude and the worst manager I have ever met! My order was incorrect, she refused to fix the problem & HUNG UP on me. We will NEVER go back!!

Very disappointed with the service, ordered 2 large pizzas and was delivered one which was small, called the store just wanting my order fixed, gave them the name the order was placed under and the address, they claimed they never had an order with that name nor the address, so they asked for a description of the delivery guy and his make and model car, gave it to them, they basically called me a liar and said nobody fits that description, had to go in person to point the person out just to get my order fixed!

Great pizzas to buy here but no place to be eating one at. Just purchase one or more to go.

Got what I ordered, staff friendly, always delighted in our pizzas, always correct.

Have had issues getting service in the store before. Tonight they will not take my order. Just put me on hold and leave me there.

VERY slow on delivery. Over the phone they said it would be 30 minutes. It has been an hour and I m still waiting!

There employees park on the side walk every day the delivers to pick up food faster and almost hit me coming out of the store

My order was wrong and late and the manager was very rude..this happened to me twice...nothing was done about either time..in other places besides Murray the papa John's is great!
