I went to this location and holy cow was it hot in there. I felt as if I had walked into a sauna or the gates of Hell. There is no way that it s safe to work in that environment especially when it s so hot outside. However, the pizza was 10/10. I would come back if I didn t feel like my skin was melting off as soon as I entered the door.

I pulled up to the drive through window and that is when I met Johnathan. He was very kind and polite he had great customer service skills. Right away he let me know the order was running a bit behind. No big deal since I thought I was early anyways I pulled to the side and he brought my pizza out to me cooked perfectly by the way. Over all great experience. And Johnathan is the one that made it a great experience. You do not run into people like him very often in this industry. Most are cranky due to these kinds of mistakes. He was not. I work in the retail world and I understand things happen. And the way you handle these situations shows what kind of person you are. Great job Johnathan!
This place is a second home to me and Jeffrey is always AMAZING. This is the best Pizza Hut in town and I don t care if I m halfway across Wichita I will always come to this Pizza Hut knowing the quality of the food is always going to be the same at any day or time you come here.

I've been here two times in the past month for lunch buffet. Both times I had to go up and ask for a refill on my beverage, the staff seemed to ignore customers at tables and stayed in the back most of the time. Buffet not filled up and old pizza sitting there the entire hour, both times I had been there. Not a good lunch in fact I wouldn't recommend this pizza hut to others!
Always takes 1-2 hours for deliverys, food is ALWAYS cold by the time it gets here.
Last time ordering pizza here was a horrible experience. We've had good luck with them in the past but tonight they took an hour and 40 min to get our pizza to us. We had to call and ask them where it was, twice. Once it did arrive it was burnt and cold, a nasty combination. We called and complained, they offered to send us a new pizza or give us an IN store credit, we asked for both but they denied it. We then just asked for a credit back to our card and had to argue with them to get that rather then the in store credit. They did right by us, but still disappointed. Very poor service and really just a sad excuse for a pizza (which I hate to say, since I've always liked their pizza). We will be going to Domino's around the corner from now on. Edit** Just found out they sent us the wrong wings too.
Never could get the pay to work on the website, finally had to call only to find a girl with ZERO personality or manners... I can only imagine what this pizza will look like..
I'm sitting outside of pizza hut using an ATM. I'll be going home to my hometown chili...... Why am I not eating pizza.
