I have used them quite a few times now. Staff in office is knowledgeable & friendly; On-line booking system is very intuitive and easy to book; Photographers are very professional and delivering great photos and tours; I can also book floorplans with BC Floorplan thru Pixilink at the same time when booking photo & tours; The quality of work is excellent; Most importantly, it doesn't break your bank. I highly recommend their service to my fellow agents! You won't be disappointed.

Myself and associates used there measurement service for 2017. Usually late and or cancelled. Customer service was brutal from their vendors. Photos were decent but better suited for sub 500k properties. Hope they can iron out sub vendor performance issues as platform is user friendly.

I use Pixilink for all of my online services; website, still photography and video. Their quality is superior to other services! The Pixilink app is a bonus to any agent who wants to confirm with their sellers an appointment in real time. It is very impressive to be able to book your appointments while you are still in the listing presentation regardless of whether you are meeting your seller in the evening or on a weekend. Makes planning a breeze. Highly recommend this company.

I was highly recommended to Pixilink Solutions 10 years ago and have been using them ever since. My sellers absolutely love the picture quality and virtual tours. Excellent staff from setting up the appointment to always being on time at the home and receiving the photos within 24 hours. I always recommend them to all realtors.

Had floor plans done with Absolute Floor Plans and Farzin via Pixilink. Farzin was great! He went the extra mile, stayed a bit late and measured the front and back yards. I am very happy! Thanks again Farzin & Pixilink Team!

I have been working with Pixilink for a few years now, I love their work and their turn over, they understand my changing marketing needs, I will keep working with them.

Pros & Cons. Great one-stop shop for realtors for photos and floor plans. Love the ease of their website. But I find their service is slipping. Most of their photographers have a "I hate my job" attitude. It's really negative energy that's starting to rub me the wrong way. Some Photographers will rush through and not get all the best shots, which affects the quality buyers see online. Not good when you're spending $400 plus. Over the phone service is good and owner is very responsive. Rude and passive-aggressive photographers are making me wonder whether it's time to give other companies a try.

Have used them for years. Pluses are the office support for website, pics etc. Photo quality is highly affected by which photographer you get, ask for Christy if possible. She has a great eye and really cares. Also the simplicity if you use them for your website, pics, measurements and virtual tours is a big time saver. Everything gets added seamlessly (on most days). Negatives: measurements are contracted out and the companies try to add features and upcharge. Some photographers just don't compare to the good ones. When we've had problems over the years we've never been credited or compensated. The value has dropped as they've increased prices and upselled services available.
Overall I use them because I am committed through my website and they make it simple as a single source for pics, measurements, web and uploading.

I gave Pixilink 5 star because they are 5 stars. I have had Pixilink develop two websites for me and have been really pleased with the attention given. When I get into my creative mood, I become very demanding! I have not been disappointed.

I recently went back to Pixilinks for my floorplans as my previous provider kept sending a person who was super negative and didn't listen to the requests for how the rooms should be labled and had a crappy attitude. I am very happy with the way it turned out, and as the listing was tenanted, having a clean looking floorplan really made up for the poor presentation of the unit. We sold after 4 days on the market.

Always impressed with the turn around time, quality and customer service. My clients love seeing their home on MLS with such great photos! The photographers are awlays on time and booking times is very easy.
