Very efficient responses, very friendly and helpful staff!!

The best service in and around South Africa - Pixel Perfect have been handeling all our website, email branding, hosting, mobile apps for the past 4 years.

I've been working with Pixel perfect for sometime now, what i like most about them is that I can call at anytime for assistance, even on a Sunday and ill get a response. For me and my business its important that we team up with companies that are willing to go the extra mile. These guys do exactly that and come highly recommended!

I have been trying to resolve issues with my web page design since last year unfortunately no amount of emails or requests have helped I have had a meeting in my office with Thinus du Plessis the Managing Director who personally assured me all my issues would be resolved and that he fully understood my frustration unfortunately it is a week later and still not a single issue has been resolved the sad part is I already paid in full before Christmas as I was assured it was perfect PIXEL PERFECT in fact it is not at all perfect and the harsh mails and special requests fall on deaf ears.

Not much anybody can do if you cant get owners of businesses to fulfill their obligations

For the two years our company has been with Pixel Perfect we have received nothing but the highest efficient professional service. Anita Ryan Norval is being nothing but a bully to the humble owner with their nusty review. My Business Partner used to work for her company and they treated him like a slave and when they fled the country leaving behind a string of bad debt they didn't even pay him for all the years he has made money for her company as he was the brains behind it and the rest are cheap labor who have no idea what they are doing and there is still a pending case against her company with the CCMA. The debtors and people she owes money to still call my business partner demanding their money because they cant get hold of them. She still owes office rent and lies to clients and customers citing she has offices in Cape town just to defraud them in doing business with her company. There was no information taken from her website. Our website information was hard brainstorming and research and the colors are not the same as hers and she is just bitter because we are competition and we can do the job better and very professional. I really wish the owners do something and sue her for dragging their company through dust just because she cant stand competition and wants my partner to remain a slave forever. anyone and everyone is entitled to open a business of their own if they can do the job professionally and efficiently.

I refer to your last email dated 19 March 2019 and acknowledgement that the deposit of R33500.00, will be refunded. Two months have now passed and have to date not yet received your refund, any explanation as to why the delay and or request to make arrangement to settle.

Please as a matter of urgency advise when I can expect your payment.

FRAUD ALERT!!!!
Please be very careful when considering to do business with Pixel Perfect Interactive. They will tell you that they are highly experienced and highly capable with more than 10 years industry experience, no request/job is impossible or to difficult... They will take your deposit and will not deliver on what they have agreed, as they are neither capable and or able to deliver on what they promise. The owner Thinus Du Plessis, will continue to make promises which neither he or any of his staff can/ will deliver on. They where asked to develop a new website, almost a year later, after many promises, and assurances that they can do the work, Thinus(the owner) decided to suspend work and now refuse to refund the deposit paid. Steer clear.. i really regret that i wasted my time and money with this group of unprofessional, incapable people.
