The people I encountered were all very wonderful but good luck getting ahold of anyone. (DUI related) When I needed to schedule my CRN evaluation, it took at least a month of me calling and leaving voicemails for them to return my call. After that, they don't take payments at the class and make you call this center to pay. I've been trying all morning to get ahold of someone to make a payment AGAIN. I called to make a payment days ago and they must have done it wrong and it didn't process.. It seems like PA takes DUI so seriously, but the workers make it IMPOSSIBLE to pay or move forward with anything!!!
