My family and I were served by Shane at Spa Hudson. He helped us determine the type of spa that would best suit our family. Shane spent a lot of time with us and was very knowledgeable about spas from design to maintenance, he covered everything. Shane thanks for a great shopping experience! Originally apprehensive towards them because of their more expensive nature. We decided to buy and have a pool pump installed by them. When we purchased the pump we noticed there was discrepancy in the amperage of the motor and we asked them and they said it wouldn't cause any problems. Fast forward 2 years and the pump is broken for that reason. When we tried to get some kind of reasoning out of them, they ignored 2 phone calls we had left with messages. So apart from terrible customer service, they knowingly gave us a faulty product and then refused to fix their mistake. All so they could charge us for another pump, very cheap way of doing business. Our last pump lasted 15 years. Never going back here again.
WOW Great service, Purchased a top quality Weber BBQ very well priced. Store put the entire bbq together, Looking for prompt service, this is the place. My brother in law purchased their hot tub there 20 years ago. he also remarked on how these guys know their stuff, always willing to help out.
We purchased an above ground swimming pool from Peter Summer 2020 to have it installed for 2021 due to the pandemic. Peter's customer service was awesome and we are now waiting for the installation , hoping it all goes well and according to plan. Will update the review once all is set.
Just bought our first pool here, absolutely great service! Answered all of my questions (and there were a lot) and were very helpful without being pushy about trying to sell us anything. Very competitive prices, we were very happy to support this local store. Would highly recommend!
On Father's Day after struggling a whole day with my pool. The owner came to my house on his way home, to see what my latest pool challenge was. Incredible service and patience. This is our pool store and I highly recommend them. Happy swimming and thank you so much !
