Originally apprehensive towards them because of their more expensive nature. We decided to buy and have a pool pump installed by them. When we purchased the pump we noticed there was discrepancy in the amperage of the motor and we asked them and they said it wouldn't cause any problems. Fast forward 2 years and the pump is broken for that reason. When we tried to get some kind of reasoning out of them, they ignored 2 phone calls we had left with messages. So apart from terrible customer service, they knowingly gave us a faulty product and then refused to fix their mistake. All so they could charge us for another pump, very cheap way of doing business. Our last pump lasted 15 years. Never going back here again.
