I have installed a new pool cover, by this trader, on my used pool. Following the installation my new canvas was flowing, I had a very bad after sales service. The owner Mr. Oligny not very nice and made me wait 3 weeks before having the right to my repair. Since according to the law (I checked with the OPC) the retailer is not obliged to make a change of fabric even if it is new ... in the eyes of the law a repair is enough. In short, poor installation or product quality, after-sales service of the poorest. *** I DO NOT ADVISE TO INSTALL A CANVAS BY THIS RETAILER ***

Make no mistake by asking for a canvas for your pool these rotten do not pay you under the pretext that it has already been installed even if I told them that it was not !! For sixty dollars they prefer to lose a customer who bought all these products at home! Nice mentality you have a lot of future Jacques Cartier pool !! I recommend spa and pool 5000 which is about 5 minutes away. The customer service is 1000x better and above all you will not be crammed !!!!!

I bought a house with a pool that was in dire need of a makeover! They helped me a lot with their advice and excellent quality products!

I placed a service call and was told that the waiting time was 10 to 11 days. After 14 days I went to the store to find out where I was on the waiting list and was told that I would be confirmed by phone a little later, this was not done. After 3 weeks, I received a call that I was not able to answer, I returned the call and asked when can they be answered and said that I had made the call my turn that they will call me back when they are in the area (I live less than a kilometer from the store) when I let him know my dissatisfaction the person on the road replied that I was not not a major customer because I hadn't had my account billed since 2013.

I was this before noon with the idea of buying a water heater for my spa that I already bought from them. I was asking questions to the owner and he was very impatient with me, I felt like I was bothering him he told me that his was not tempting him this morning so I never could know that she was the # replacement of my water heater which is discontinued it acted incompetent. I went to a competitor and in 5 minutes I had my new water heater in my hands with an extra smile.

I have worked in customer service for 20 years never been received so badly. Madam very rude after me who wanted to buy product for my new spa and she clearly told me to go buy my products elsewhere because I did not buy my spa there. For my part I will go to buy my products elsewhere and I will not go back there. You have just lost a loyal customer.
