I have installed a new pool cover, by this trader, on my used pool. Following the installation my new canvas was flowing, I had a very bad after sales service. The owner Mr. Oligny not very nice and made me wait 3 weeks before having the right to my repair. Since according to the law (I checked with the OPC) the retailer is not obliged to make a change of fabric even if it is new ... in the eyes of the law a repair is enough.
