Center that I recently approached and that I followed through the reviews on their site (all extremely favorable). At the helm the owner Mr Tony - very friendly and hospitable. Reception office compartment made up of very kind and friendly staff. Personally, I had the opportunity to ask Mr. Jimmy, an office staff, for advice. Employee very helpful and courteous - with a practical sense in dealing with the customer. I asked him for a couple of quotes for trains complete with wheels and he always answered me with solicitous solicitude. Finally I came across an afterthought on a booking of wheels and he immediately worked to meet me with the least possible discomfort (even if I did not hope much) by personally contacting the structure in front of me perfect the cancellation of my wheelchair reservation. It is always a pleasure to deal with qualified personnel ready to patiently listen to customers' problems. I fully agree with that user who in his review wrote that when you need to buy rims and tires in Milan - with related assistance - you have to go to TONY GOMME in Via Papiniano. Last but not least: they apply very competitive prices.

I was yesterday to solve a convergence problem with a crooked steering wheel to the left and a car pulling to the right that another "tire dealer" announced to me unsolvable after 3 interventions.
Result after the care of the technicians: perfect machine.
I strongly advise you to turn to professional technicians like all the staff of tony (I passed them in front of looking at their window since I went to elementary school ....)
And then they welcome you, there is a bar station, mobile or laptop recharge, a bathroom worthy of a 5-star hotel !!!!!

ZERO is the real vote that deserve these gentlemen who have behaved with arrogance and rudeness, then blame the crisis because business is not going well.
Car port at 10.00 and I ask when it will be ready, I point out that I have a flat tire on the left and that I have taken a hole with the wheels of the DX and that the rims on the right are therefore either to be straightened or to be replaced and then obviously there will also be convergence. I ask if they can do everything by evening because the day after I have to leave, they confirm my readiness by evening and tell me to call to find out when it will be ready. In the afternoon I call 5 times and the young lady's answer is always the same, when she is ready they call her anyway I will call her immediately to tell her something. For 5 times no one ever calls back obviously (calling a customer to update him is not foreseen for this gentlemen) and when at 18.45 (closing time 19.00) I introduce myself to pick it up I see that they had just removed the punctured tire and in the meantime realized that there was a screw.
I point out that I had called 5 times for news and that 9 hours earlier in the morning they had promised me the arrangement of the 3 wheels.
The workshop manager replies that he is not required to call back and that he does what he wants and that he would have given me back the car without doing anything.Re-install the punctured tire and without having done anything to the other 2 wheels for 9 hours, since they were now at 19.00, he returns the car as it was delivered to him.
