Pioneer Women's Health Greenfield, MA Review

Fantastic. I had a high risk pregnancy and they were 100% comforting the whole way through. The midwives are very knowledgeable and helpful with all questions. It was great not to have to go to Springfield or Holyoke for care and just keep it local.

Dr. Polonsky is incredible and makes the whole visit as comfortable as possible. Trans friendly, trauma aware.

I love it here. Dr.Maya and her staff are very friendly & helpful.

Received wonderful care throughout my pregnancy and birth experience. Even though I drive an hour to get there, I continue to use them for my OBGYN / midwife needs because they have such compassion and heart. Hardly ever waited more than a few minutes for an appointment. Always felt listened to, never rushed. Wish more places were like this!!

I have used them since I landed in Western Mass. Liza used to be the most famous midwife ever and I was lucky enough to have her when my dtr was born. But - Liza is volunteering overseas now. I continue to go there b/c I have never seen such compassionate care from an entire staff before. From the check-in to check-out the staff is excellent.

I had a procedure that is known to be uncomfortable and Dr. Thompson explained exactly how it was going to feel before she even started.

I had some minor surgery yesterday with Dr. Polansky . The doctor and her staff were kind, pleasant to be with and most professional. I have seen this doctor twice previously and I was satisfied with all aspects of my visits. I was seen in a timely manner, the office , bathroom and other areas were clean. The place has a good atmosphere. The doctor is an excellent listener and explains procedures etc. with clarity and with a heart. I will continue to use Pioneer Women's Health for any ob-gyn services that I need.
