Avoid this company at all costs
The service is substandard and they pressure sell to you, more or less forcing you into contracts
They set a price and fail to honour the price which you agree
I have made numerous attempts to contact them but they re not interested and are putting the phone down on me
This company is unprofessional and unethical and I would strongly advise to avoid all costs

I was helped by Rafeeqah, a fantastic lady who knows her job perfectly well and does it with a smile. She ran all the tests, pinpointed the problem and step by step, she fixed it. I was very impressed with her.

I would easily rate Bonline customer Care as the best in the UK in my experience. My advice to Companies is to use the Bonline service as a Besst Practice Guide.
The worst company I've ever dealt with across my personal and professional life. They offered a three months free trial but in the first month I was charged and promised a refund that never came. I was then told that I did not sign up under the three month free trial despite being sold this.
It turns out the salesperson ended the original call and phoned me back which was not recorded so this offer didn't count.
