Way overpriced. Three people, two games...$75. No thanks.

Poor customer service . Also no wiki page automatic 1 star.

in a post pandemic environment, a person no longer has to wear a mask

have a blast every time we come here whether its with friends or family. the food is good, the beer taste bomb. the staff are friendly. I really like this bowling alley a lot. and if your lucky enough you might spot a celebrity or two.

Honestly this place is just a money grab.

For starters, there's a disproportionate price scheme. There is no set price for a lane, they charge per bowler, so if you bring a group be prepared to pay a fortune.

For a group of 5, it cost 67$.

Every additional game, was 8$ per a bowler. Perhaps that's the standard for LA bowling but it was far higher than I've ever seen at a bowling alley.

Secondly, the food is insanely priced. 6 hot wings (small choice) begin at 9.25$. However, if you do the (large choice) you get 8 wings for 14.25$.

I'm not sure if the math immediately makes sense but that's an extra 5$ for 2 more wings. It wasn't specified until after one our members had already ordered from the kiosk.

Lastly, the grab machine, or claw, whatever you prefer to call it, will set you back 7$ per a play. I was in total disbelief on the prices here.

Luckily it was a group of friends because this is definitely not designed for family friendly unless you are looking to drop around 150$ for a family of 5.

Anyways, it's just my opinion and my experience but feel free to give it a chance yourself.

So far I have been Pinz Bowling Center!!! What I can say about this Bowling Alley Place is that... It's one of the most nicest Bowling Alley that I have been to!!! It's too bad that they closed the one at Serra Bowl location at Daly City, Ca for so many years!!! I now consider the Presidio Bowl as my most favorite place to go to... Just to go bowling!!!

Lane broke, no refund, got our very simple food order wrong, and added a hair to the food, place wasn t very busy but workers act like their swamped while they stare at their phones

They do not let the employees receive tips and they pay very little in another place they pay more and they charge very expensive ... to the clients ....

Cool vibes with the lights, and arcade, the scoreboard background isn't customizable and we had a "olympic" theme which was pretty whack. The place is very family friendly and for a bowling place the shoes are better maintained. The bowling machines themselves are quick to set up the pins which I appreciated so the games went by quick.

The bowling lane I used was pretty broken. It would sometimes knock over pins when between shots. And someone's it would incorrectly count the number of pins that were hit. Good price though

The lanes at Pinz are great when in comparison to other alleys in the LA area. My gripe with Pinz is their association with the restaurant Jerry s Famous Deli. A turkey sandwich costs over $20 and I would have been charged a fee if I wanted fries, instead of potato salad. Pinz should offer food that is exclusively available if you bowl, more in line with the prices you can typically find at a bowling alley.

Like the bowling Lane's but the food menu is very pricey compared to other bowling alley's

I feel this is an excellent bowling place. I want my kids to join the league here.

Great place to hold a end of year outing at with club members, good atmosphere.

Customer service is rude and who ever handles their social media needs to be fired.

Pinball games were janky. They require you to use a plastic card to play all games, rather than drop quarters.

Limited vegan options. The environment has changed and not for the better.

Update: On my most recent visit my veggie burger was mixed up with a regular burger. The waitress insisted that my order was correct. I disagreed so out comes the manager waving the beyond burger pamphlet in my face arguing that I'm wrong. I'm vegan and have beyond burgers all the time I think I might know. I will not be coming back, not for the bowling and much less for the food & service.

Ended up being here around 4pm for my wife's company get together.

Played great music, there were happy faces all around. The restaurant catered the event. The workers were attentive and kept everything coming. From what i witnessed, my wife's coworkers were having a great time and Pinz provided. Keep it up Pinz

Quick service, waiter comes to your lane to get your order and chill atmosphere

Will not be visiting your establishment nor will I be recommending to family/friends based on your extremely unprofessional social media posts...

I'd give it no stars if possible. Food at the restaurant is WAY overpriced! I order water looked at the menu asked why it was so expensive. I got the "I don't know, is it expensive?" Yes it's overpriced with no good reason. I walked out without ordering food. Won't go back!!!! I give the place another year.

I have nothin' but great things to say about this Pinz Bowling Center and beers in bowling pin shaped bottles! How can you argue with that?

Great place for cosmic bowling or just a good time at night. The staff is very friendly and you can count on excellent service.

Not bad for a valley bowling alley. They did a great job with the lighting system. Place lights up at night.

Fun for taking a group of friends to bowl. Able to order food and drinks from Jerry's.

We bought 4 games. We came with 7 people. Its a reasonable price for bowling. The price to bowling is a lot everywhere.

The bowling shoes are kept well and clean

The closest bowling alley to me in Los Angeles. Always seem to spot out a celebrity or someone well known . Great spot but they need to upgrade the lanes and seating area and freshen up the place. Maybe add some lights and up to date music.

Shockingly Bad Service!

My girlfriend and I went here last night with a group of about 10 people. We could only stay for one game, and so we opted to only purchase one game instead of the more expensive "all you can bowl" option.

However, when the names came up on our lanes, the 2 of us were listed in our own separate lane rather than with our friends, even though there was plenty of room for us there. We assumed this was a mistake and went back to the counter, where the service was immediately super defensive and almost-yelled at us that there was no way to change us to a different lane. We offered to pay the "all you can bowl" rate so that we could play with our friends, but they insisted this was not possible, moving from defensive to downright angry attitudes at a blistering pace! We were shocked- neither my girlfriend or I ever get into arguments with service, but we experienced what that is like last night becuase of how they treated us!

Anyway, they absolutely refused a refund at this point, even though we had given up our shoes and lane without even stepping foot out there. Needless to say, we will charge this back using our credit card company. Too bad this had to be resolved this way rather than something civil!

Had a blast with family & friends last weekend here, a really fun bowling alley probably the best I been to. Good snack bar type food and beer too!

Was there for a birthday party in the VIP room. Room was big but nothing special. We didn't have a dedicated waiter or waitress that covered this room. Sometimes we would have to go downstairs to place food and drink orders. To rent the room it was a little pricey.

Best bowling alley in the area. Can get crowded on some weekend nights, but it is generally pretty easy to get a lane. Good mix of people: plenty of families, but plenty of friends and couples too. Has appeal for everyone. Plus, they serve food at the lanes.

Awesome service!!! The lady at the front accomadated as best as possible do to the bowling valley's policies! I'm happy that they did there best!

I love this place. It has a very friendly surrounding. I went here with my friends and had an amazing expirience. My only complaint would have to be that i wish the lanes held more people. I love this place and all the memories i got to create here. Pinz will be my go to bowling alley from here on out.

For my first visit, this was super fun and friendly for me and my little cousins!

Absolutely amazing! My daughter had her 16th birthday party there with 8 friends and they all loved it. I highly recommend ordering the food from the resturant next door, Jerry's. They will deliver it to the table where you are playing so you can eat and play! They also have very delicious appetizers.

Pinz has been around for 60 years and doesn t even have a Wikipedia page.

So Jebal Fresh is a radio host up in the NW.. I m a long time listener and recently had a visit to this place.. sounds like horrible customer service and making excuses for bad equipment and service by management. Apparently having a Wikipedia is important to get service with out a laugh at this place. You can find the experience on IG on his or by searching #pinzla. I know when I come back to LA to avoid this place. Very disrespectful as a company.

Perfectly decent bowling alley. Game arcade is expensive, confusing and poorly maintained. Popular for children's birthday parties. Good parking.

Poor customer service. Hour of time paid and the lane was broken half that time. Asked for a refund, said they don't do refunds and only extend the time for 10 minutes (couldn't have even finished the game in that time). Asked for a refund again and the manager became quite rude about it. Wont be returning and I suggest you dont go either, overpriced for what it is (a bowling alley).

Good boring and arcade but the food was not good at all. Service was nice.

Very rude staff. Kicked out my group of senior citizens bowling a tournament before they could finish. Never going back.
