its such a great place, the staff are very friendly and we always have lots of fun!! My son's bday party there was the best, him and his friends have such a wonderful time! Thanks for all you guys do!
=D
I check this place first in yelp! and though the rating was about 3.7, we decided to go and check. It was above my expectations. Traditional bowling center. Nothing new, nothing extraordinary. Good place to have a birthday party or enjoy the weekend with friends.
They're on the expensive side, and their bar is just a dude standing behind a counter making bad drinks.
always a good time when coming here. The staff are really nice and if your lucky enough you might see a celebrity
Not too expensive... They bring ur Food/drinks to ur Lane.... Open Late... They shut oFF the arcade games about FiFteen minutes early and the game card machine a half hour early so you can't play any games unless you got your game card earlier.
This is the second time I've been here. Great for kid birthdays.
Great staff, but ownership need to invest some $$$ in updating their lanes. Seems they are breaking down or not working correctly
Fun for bowling, but they need more balls to choose from.
Pinz is a great bowling place to go to. You get to have fun and during the summer they have this free bowling thing on their website that you can bowl 2 games for free and it is a really good way to spend some time.
Clean facilities but the staff is a bit in the unfriendly side. They made us bowl next to other groups when they had plenty of open lanes. There wasnt any reason to make us crowd up against each other.
Pinz will always be my favorite bowling spot in the Valley. Always a blast.
Great place co to come and have a good time with friends and family. It is oh so much fun! clean everything. lanes area always working
Wait time is long, but it has a great diner where you can have some old fashioned American meals while you wait. Great neighborhood
Terrible customer service, lanes always breaking down
I wasn't at the bowling place but was upstairs above, while the place was hosting for Mingle and plei night. However, I ordered my food from the bowling place and wasn't happy with my food. The buffalo wings wasn't good, didn't seasoned/ cooked well.
Slow service, ball racks were always mostly empty when I've gone on busy nights and there's nothing special about the place to justify their over-inflated prices.
We came in on a tuesday around 6pm. Plenty if parking space. Food was good, service was quick and friendly and it was clean.
Love this place, the staff is amazing, they make you feel at home and the facility is always clean and ready for you to have fun
Clean and well maintained. The requisite game room is there, but also a regular restaurant with table and chairs.
What I liked is that, when I had an interview bowling am, I had to use the other arm, and so needed bumpers for a short while so I could continue to bowl with the kids and not get totally crushed. Those bumpers are programmable, so the others could play normally and give me a hard time.
Ever since the management changed this place has become a hell hole. Prices have gone through the roof for bowling and the arcade. Staff at the front desk are mediocre and not willing to help you. As for league, our practice time has been reduced from 10 minutes to only 5, thus making it harder to practice. New management has made this place uninviting to bowl or hang out at. The only person I'd like to recognize is Barbara Lee, the league coordinator for her support. But for anything else I'd go to Winnetka Bowl or Jewel City Bowl where the bowling alley is not as inviting but is cheaper and the service is better, Pinz just became the San Fernando Valley's incarnation of Lucky Strike.
If you have to shout in order to be heard over the music, and even then can't be heard by the person sitting next to you, this is not a good bowling alley.
A place that you once went to in a fever dream. Does Presidia Bowl really exist? Confrom. Pinz Bowling Center on of the best on
Great bowling alley! Awesome staff - so helpful & knowledgeable.
Great bowling experience for everyone. Especially like how the bumpers can be personalized so some play with them and others not on the same Lane.
Waited 4 hours to finally get a lane. Arrived at 6 and they had closed lanes that were reserved for 9pm. Was ignored by the person at the desk. Apparently my money wasn't good enough for them. Never bowling here again!! Horrible service!!
Terrible service. Clearly this company only cares about their bottom line, and not rectifying customer concerns and doing what s right. To make matters worse, this review will never carry weight to them as I don t have a Wikipedia page
Fun bowling alley, but service can be slow sometimes at the lanes
Great place. Lanes are working, staff are nice and welcoming. The restaurant next door is pretty good. Great services. We all had a good time.
Simply a fun place to go with friends, no regrets. Busy on weekend but the vibe of the place is worth it!
always have fun here and it doesn't hurt that you run into some celebrities some times. Great place for family and friends.
The nachos are tasty, but the awful customer service and unprofessional management are so bad they still get only 1 star. Did you hire a high school student to manage your social media engagement? That is the only reasonable explanation for such childish behavior.
Also, the guy running their Yelp account left his own review and responded to himself (which I believe violates their terms and agreements)
The Pinz Bowling Place is pretty okay. The food is great and the employees are very nice. Also to add there an arcade full of fun games. The prices are pretty good depending on how many people there are and how many rounds you play. But my one big problem is that it is always busy. Completely filled. For me the busiest days are Sunday and Monday. But overall they are pretty good.
Bowling, arcade and, right through the glass door, Jerry's Deli! Personally, I could live without the neon but ya gotta keep up!
Their lanes are always working and if your lucky enough you might bump into a celebrity or two. Always have a blast here. The drinks at the bar are all sooo good.
A bit pricey but a happening place to bowl on a Friday night.
I wouldn't know how the place is since we've been turned away 4 times already. Every time we call or stop by the lanes are taken up by bowling leagues until 10:30pm, during the week. We've tried different days but doesn't seem tomwork out for us. Even if this place is close to my house I'm gonna have to find a different bowling alley to go to. I wanted to join a league but I don't want to be part of not letting others bowl. There should be two days days for leagues and the rest for the public, or leave some lanes open!!
Kool environment, good service, and good lanes. We Bowl here frequently.
Friends and I came here last night and had so much fun. Love the upgrades they ve done! Excellent customer service.
I Can t believe they have 4 stars....They must pay for fake reviews or write them themselves like they did on yelp. Funny how most of their 5 star ratings come from people with 2 or less reviews posted.
Went on a trip with my school and it was a blast! Some lanes were glitchy, though.
Fun and serves good drinks. Wish it was open 24 hours.
Really great place. Free parking. Overall very clean. There is a good selection of games in the arcade and the bar/food service is great. Very casual fun place to go for a night.
It was awesome, I just got out of work and my girl decided to take me out so I agreed and as soon as we came here on my left James Harden from the Houston Rocket's was right there. He was very cool and the service there was great. Thank you Pinz for an amazing experience
Great large bowling alley. Jerry's Deli is part of it.
One of the few bowling places left in the Valley. Open lanes after 2100 hrs (9 PM), 1st come 1st serve. Good fun at decent prices.
My first time visit there. Jerry's deli is attached to them. We went to a birthday party there. Prices are good. A nice place to go to hang out with friends for a night out.
The service was bad I waited about half an hour for them to fix the pins besides that it was alright
We like to go on Friday afternoons, $5/game. Main drawback is only even pound balls with 14lb as highest.
A gargantuan dinner, many tracks. Ideal place for evenings with family and friends.
Nvr has lanes available on sundays till after 9. Seems like everytime i go here on different days they have no open bowling. Food is horrifyingly bad. The most overpriced frozen junk food around. Like 9.00 for onion rings and $20 for low end Kroger sandwich meat. Its fun if u can actually get a lane though...
Awesome place. Very fun. Cool. Hip. New gaming lounge above
We went as a group and they were very inflexible and the lane machines had several problems.
Had A Great Time Last Weekend... Going Back Soon!!!
Nice greasy lanes but wait times can be ridiculous with no same day phone reservations.
The worse experience. They have kids running the front desk that are very immature, unprofessional, rude and with bad attitude. All this with a manager next to their side. When this was brought to his attention his attitude was the same. Never will I cone here again.
A classic bowling environment with music that definitely takes you back to any twilight experience you may of had in a bowling alley/arcade. Bar and food is by way of Jerry's deli so order early and begin to bowl! Ps. A total of 32 lanes.
