Very basic bowling alley. Limited ball selection, and the house balls were chipped and very damaged. The whole experience was quite overpriced for what was offered. I would not recommend.

This place is great if you have a bunch of kids you want to entertain them for an hour get the free coupons can't beat the entertainment here

Cook place. The alleys are well kept and the service friendkt. I think its a little mkre expensive than other places in rbe valkey but it is studio city. Overall its a good place.

went there today April 25 2021. Was so looking forward to bowling after a year and a half of not being able to bowl. upon entering there was 1 person arrogantly refusing to wear a mask. After threatening to calll police the security guard asked them to mask up or leave. Later 3 guys were bowling together without masks. Security guard and staff ignored the group till I made a big deal out of this problem. The manager was arrogant the staff was arrogant. Stay away from this place till they learn how to conduct business in a post pandemic environment. SHAMNE ON YOU GUYS

Why are "Open Play" hours advertised and then not available? There is always a Private Party or "League" play going on every weekend. Where the f&*ck are people supposed to be able to bowl and have fun with their families if everything is always taken and you can't come bowl? Pinz blows. Someone needs to create a bowling alley that doesn't allow "private Parties" or "League" play.

So much fun! This place has a diner and arcade attached and I'm not too sure but I think another floor as well!

The balls are not quality and there's not enough to go around. The food could be better and so could the presentation of it.

Pinz is attached to Jerry's Deli and the lanes are nice and they have a few video games that are working even though overpriced. I've been to Jerry's over the years and have enjoyed their menu quite often. Problem is the food you order from Jerry's in Pinz comes as a to-go order is dropped off at your lane on to go containers and then forgotten. Also, and this seemed particularly ridiculous, but water is not allowed to be served at the lanes so you have to get tiny little paper cups that hold about 4 oz and have no bottom to sit down to drink out of if you want water. Alcoholic drinks and sodas are fine. It was an weird inconvenience.
But the biggest irritation was the lane manager and the lane handling. After asking us how many games we wanted to play up front and insisting we give an answer even though we weren't sure how many we were going to play, they came to the lane three tines asking us when we were going to leave during the two games that we had already prepaid. The lane manager who kept asking us when we were going to leave was more like insisting we leave as quickly as possible. They had a large party coming in and needed lanes in a row. It interrupted our game several times. When I asked him why he kept coming down he kept saying "you understand" like he wasn't listening or wasn't aware that we had purchased two games.
Also the bowling balls were grossly dirty

I hosted a birthday party for a friend here. We had an AWESOME time. Food was great but the customer service was OUTSTANDING! Everyone we encountered who worked there was happy, positive and extremely detail oriented. Looking forward to going back more often now!

Had a great time here with my Boys for are vacation. We well be back

There's nothing bad that I can say about Pinz. The atmosphere was what I expected. The music was a little weird for me but it was what everyone else wanted to hear. The parking lot is large, but the spaces are mostly for compact cars. We went on a Friday night around 10p and only waited about 20 minutes for a lane. so yes it was a great friday night

Quiet especially when you come first thing in the morning. Gets noisy and crowded by late afternoon and onwards. Great for groups and parties!

Had a good time, lanes where good, plenty of bowling bowls sorted by size to use. Staff was friendly. Ordered food came quickly and was tasty.

Decent bowling alley with 32 lanes. Shoes are nice, place is clean. Some of the arcade games were not working. Food from Jerry's deli attached is ok. The wings were just barely average. They have daily specials like most bowling alleys and do the galactic bowling thing as well.

It's a bowiling alley, I'd give it one more star if it had a bar!

I live in West LA and this is the closest "real" bowling alley where they properly wax their lanes and don't have distracting lighting.

Pinz is an Amazing Bowling Center I'd recommend this for anyone and there family and friends its alot of fun there

I called 10 Minutes earlier to ask them if they need a reservation or can I just walk in, the man told me I can just walk in and now when I get to the front does ,he tell me different story saying that I have to have A reservation.

Terrible customer service and staff was very rude
and the place smells

Good food and beer. Make sure you call ahead, because they frequently have events that take over the whole bowling alley.

Staff here has the worst attitudes, and they need to improve the variety of balls and repair the lanes, ours was broken.

This place way overcharges and does not let you get your moneys worth. Never go on a Saturday night you can get a fancy dinner for the cost of one game and shoes.

We had a great family night. They were very crowded, but if you make a pre-paid reservation, they honor it and we didn't have to wait.

This was my second time there and I must tell you the management is terrible. I complained about a few items and the manager behind the counter clearly did not care to even be bothered.. the area where the bowling balls were kept was completely empty. All of the lanes were full except for two and there were about at least 10 to 15 balls on every lane. It's not the customer's responsibility to walk up to the bowlers at other lanes and ask which balls they're using and which balls they're not using. After that was finally settled which took about 12 minutes. My machine wasn't returning my balls. After another seven or eight minutes getting that problem resolved I walked up to the manager and ask him to add more time to our game because clearly this issue plus the other one had eaten up about 16 minutes. He said he would but didn't bother to do anything or say anything to us. We were there with her seven-year-old son and the facility wreaked of marijuana. Clearly there were several people smoking in there. All in all for the $65 I spent for 45 minutes of bowling for 3 people was absolutely ridiculous. The service was horrible on the management side. Never again

best bowling alley in the valley I say! the staff are really nice and they make you feel right at home. The food is good the beer is better. ha!

Had such a great time...Arcades were good..bowling reasonable and staff was friendly and fast..

Had a great time. Ran a special for all-you-can-bowl on Sundays so we got a good 4 games in until we got tired...could have even stayed longer save fatigue.

Pros: clean lanes, cool atmosphere, good food
Cons: VERY expensive food, expensive (bowling) games, mediocre music, and the worst was they make you buy bottled water (they wouldn t give me a cup to take to the fountain)

I was with a group of 7 people, who were all drinking and eating, and they refused to give me a cup of water in fear that I was sneaking alcohol... like really?

New policies are needed. I Will not be returning.

Got couple of strikes which is awesome. The food is great and this place is great for company outing.

We have so much fun coming here. All their lanes are always working. They have so many bowling balls that you are not having to rush to get the one you want. they have plenty. Always a good time

Used to be my favorite place to bowl in LA then the GM moved to the Midwest and they became ultra corporate.
They raised rates for their day games, the arcade is over priced and they just aren't the same.

Sadly I won't be back.

Games are $10 per person. Service from your lane, took a very long time. The weekend lanes close at 1 a.m.

I've been here 3 times and every single time it is better than the last..call it the Turkey of good times.

They scammed us for 10 but gave us 5 dollars. They talk back to people and make sure the claw machines don t pick up the toys. And they let other people have more time but us right the minute they kick us out #thisplacesucks

I don't think I've ever seen such egregious pricing for a bowling lane. I bowl quite often, at several different lanes. $75+ for one game for 4 people is beyond lunacy. No I didn't come during peak hours or anything. I can only assume this is standard prices. I've had a lane for 2 hours and dinner for less than half. Don't even get me started on the menu. $21 for a sandwich and they still have the balls to charge $3.25 for fries.

Very fun place. It was my first time with the kids here. They put up bumpers for their games which was helpful and there are fun arcade games. We will be back often.

Great bowling except on league nights. Rap music is a bit annoying and loud on the video screens.

Lanes broken, and customer service very poor. Im a trainer in customer service and I'll say this place needs to hire me and teach their employees great customer service. I go to tons of places across USA and never in my life experienced customer service this bad. I hope they close their doors and never open again.
