I have been with Pinnacle for over a year. I do multi haul. I get plenty of loads. As long as I turn in paper by 3:00pm , bam money in the account. The dispatchers are easy to work with. So right now Pinnacle works for me.

No communication from recruiter and expectations you will come to work not knowing your pay your sleeping arrangements while doing drive away. Then to be threatened because I decided I didn't want to come without these and other questions that it's like I refused a Federal mandated drug screening. No sir didn't waste any more of your time and money. There isn't a law requiring me to take a pre employment test unless I'm being employed.

Not a great place to work for. Runs are low value and any good ones they do get you don't get a response unless you are one of their favori. FYI Christina Mccormick is the VP of ops. Fake review.

Worst communicator of any trucking company. Do not return calls. Orientation was all about what the driver can do for the company not the reverse. You pay all trip expenses including fuel...you would be lucky to net $500.00 on a 3-4 day 2000 mile trip. Stay away from Pinnacle.

I ve been leased on with Pinnacle since July 2020 with the Morgantown office as my home terminal. Kris Heffner, the terminal manager is amazing to work with. By far my best experience in my 17 years being in transportation.
