There Management is so unprofessional. They really don't care about their employees. I would never work for them again. & I wouldn't never tell anyone to work for them.. it's just the one in Hampton. I give them I only give them a start so I can leave my comment below..
The leadership team of this great community is extremely passionate about serving their residents, families and associates. Commonwealth's signature programs, particularly in their Sweet Memories neighborhood is truly unique and represents a fantastic resident-centered approach. I highly recommend this beautifully maintained community.
They are a very unprofessional company to work for the managers are even more unprofessional , perry is very stuck up & makes you feel uncomfortable with his attitude. Wishing you guys the best working for them .they DO NOT CARE ABOUT THERE EMPLOYEES AT ALL .
This community is filled to the brim with light and love. It is very evident the associates love what they do in the way they care for the residents. Besides the beautiful decor, it just feels good and like a big family from the moment you walk in the door. It's a happy place where they celebrate the lives and legacies of their residents.
Exceptional, professional, caring and positive staff. I never worry about the quality of care my Dad receives. Excellent meals and very engaging activities program. I can finally sleep at night because i am not worried about my Dad. I highly recommend this community.
First time having a loved one in an assisting facility and we couldn't be happier with our choice. My mom has been here a year and she has adjusted very well and really loves her new home. I do have to mention that with Chad at the helm it can only go up from here. I have enjoyed Chad over the past year so much and it makes me feel good when leadership promotes within for someone so good. Although Chad maintains his positive energy and compassion towards the residents, I have already seen the culture moving in a positive direction. The staff today in fact was actually humming while working. That's always a good sign . Chad knows the dynamics of the facility and I feel we all will be better for it.

Commonwealth at Hampton has such a warm and welcoming feeling as you enter. Friendly staff to guests and the residents alike. I love that they are able to allow a loved one to age in place. The nursing and programing on the gender specific memory care, goes above and beyond and provides true value to the residents lives daily. I would not think twice of having my loved live .
My mom lived in Sweet Memories at CSL-Hampton while she struggled with dementia. We are so glad that she was there! We had previously tried other nursing homes, and found them lacking. But CSL-Hampton was warm, knowledgeable, welcoming, and loving. We always knew that mom was safe and well cared for. The staff all worked extraordinarily hard to accommodate my mom s needs throughout her time there.
The atmosphere in CSL-Hampton s all-women memory care unit is wonderful. The employees there truly strive to live up to the credo: We Listen. We Love. We Care. We Serve. We appreciate them so much!

My 98 year old Mom has been at Commonwealth Senior Living at Hampton for going on two years now.
My siblings and I are so glad that she has been able to continue to live so well at this stage of her life.
I was concerned... I knew nothing about elder care or senior living but the people at Commonwealth, especially Chad Williams, gave me the information I needed to be able to feel good about choosing a home for my Mom.
She is comfortable there and is surrounded by her things. The staff is attentive and caring, the food is great, the facility and decor is terrific, and if there is a problem I can always contact Chad.
If it sounds like I am a big fan of Commonwealth Senior Living at Hampton, that's just perfect because that's the concept I am trying to convey!
