I placed an order over a month ago, and I accidentally put in the wrong address. I emailed the company to clear it up, and Judy Singers let me know that they can resend the product to the correct address as mistakes happen. 3 weeks later and I haven t received my items, so I emailed them back asking if my order was processed, to which I received no reply. I waited 2-3 days, emailed again, and was ignored a second and then third time. To be honest, I m extremely disappointed with the customer service, ignoring customers that spent $130.00+ on your products is extremely rude and I feel like I got scammed at this point. I ordered this product for my step-grandma as it s her favourite cleaning product, and I feel bad that she s had to wait for so long after we were told the product was being re-shipped.
