Place is a joke for what they represent.Its all about the money.

I had the pleasure of volunteering at the Forgotten Angels Resale Shop for an extensive period of time under the excellent direction of Ms. Patti Langston. I am also a loyal patron as well. The shop is a wonderful place to spend your dollars with great merchandise, clothes, shoes, furniture, and other valuable items at the best and most affordable prices anywhere. The manager, Ms. Patti Langston, is the major reason for the enormous success of the Resale shop. She is the kindest, most considerate, professional, and hardest working person that I have ever worked with. She wholeheartedly believes in and supports the heart-warming cause for which the Resale Shop exists. Patti is an exceptional leader with vision and tireless devotion and constantly comes up with ideas that greatly improve the operations daily. She is a financial wiz too--offers fair prices while also maximizing sales that substantially support the children and enhance their lives. Patti is just a marvel to observe. She is exceptional with her employees and the patrons know and ask for her by first name. They love and adore her and are so loyal that they often bring several others with them to patronize the shop. Without a doubt, Patti Langston is the brain, heart, and soul behind the
Forgotten Angels Resale Shop. Kudos to the leadership who hired her. She fulfills her role every day with the a level of dedication, commitment, and grace that is rare to find today in this world. I would encourage everyone to visit the Forgotten Angels Resale Shop and ask personally for Patti Langston. Director is unprofessional and very passive aggressive. For an establishment that is founded on Christian views, there should be someone who is Christ-like and kindhearted in a managerial position. I am very very disappointed in my experience here and would not recommend anyone to this place.

Dissapointed in this resale shop because I for one am struggling financially and am in need of a sofa for my two small children to sit on and can't afford thier very very steep prices. Quit a few times I searched for a sofa and thier price was well over $500 to even $1500 for a used sofa or a sofa set. Used, donated furniture should be priced to help those less fortunate to purchase what they cant normally afford to buy otherwise. This place is overpriced and is not of Christian Values.

Really bad experience from person representing the resale, it's pityful for you have such good cause. I will never come back or recommend people to go to this resale shop. I thought we're helping by being customers I received discriminatory remarks from the Director of Resale Operations for my ethnicity and my country.

I like shopping here, no matter what the other people say.

I ve been shopping here for a long time and can t find a thing to complain about. So... people... how many lives have you helped the the last several years?
