Stopped at the Pineland Market this afternoon and first time there. I love the fact that they sell items all made in Maine. Will go back in the future and super friendly staff too.
They have great food and two great disc golf courses. Love their cheese curds!
Large campus, was confusing trying to find the right building.
Great place to go through out the year. Different events for each season and kid friendly.
Had a very nice sandwich, gluten free bread. It was very convenient distance from the Llbean Outdoor Discovery School, and they gave us a 10% coupon!
The food is amazing (we went to the pineland part not the black tie part), disc golf is good and complicated, the cows are amazing, and the whole place is clean. The little farm area for kids is not totally worth it if the animals aren't around or part of it is blocked off, other than that, it's fantastic! My new place!
A destination hidden in plain sight. Worth more than a few visits to explore, experience and enjoy.
I played the two disc golf courses here at Pineland, I didn't visit any more of the campus just because I was already sweating up a storm and that just seems rude! The courses are absolutely fantastic! They are very well groomed, signs are well placed so you don't have questions of where to go, and the pars are still challenging for the Patriot course. The Minuteman course is very beginner friendly with a good mix of shot shapes and elevation changes. I will definitely be returning to play again!
What a place! Food is awesome and they offer made in Maine gifts etc.
I love going to Pineland Farms. I recently visited the gardens which are beautifully manicured. I sometimes stop by the visitors center for small gifts for friends or family. I've gone to a few of the annual events and had loads of fun.
Amazing campus, its so beautiful, and the food places are delicious, the markets bagels are my favorite!
Nice walking trails, well-marked. The Market is a good place for lunch or a snack. The flower garden is lovely.
they have alot of fresh vegetables and a place to have lunch
The campus? Beautiful. The market? Awesome. The disc golf? I've never successfully completed it without losing my discs but it's still fun.
Pineland is a wonderful place to visit many times during the summer! It is truly a facility for young & old ! A Great place to have lunch and shop at the fresh market! Most food products are grown or raised on sight ! The highest quality foods are for sale and used in their large commercial Kitchen! Catering and even birthday cake's can be ordered for your special needs! Many outdoor activities are available you can even get Married or celebrate a special occasion on the well manicured grounds! You must visit this facility to experience it's beauty ! Enjoy !
A wonderful place to experience farm life. The restaurant is wonderful too. It's so worth a visit here!
Had a great day visiting the farm animals and seeing the trucks and farm equipment. My grandson had a wonderful time. We had lunch at the market place, hubby and I had great sandwiches and grandson had a very yummy grilled cheese sandwich. Top off the day with their ice cream!!
We went with a travel to tour the farm. The guide assigned to our tour was terrible. She spoke to our group leader like we weren't even there. Tried to make us share one 2 stall bathroom with another bus load of people. Then continually lost the back of our group at each part of the farm . Our lunch was there. Very expensive cold sandwiches . I could have spent the same amount at a sit down restaurant and relaxed a bit. What a waste of time! We read more about the history of the farm online than she told us
We come for the Disc Golf course and stay for the food.
The disc golf shop employee was very friendly and helpful. The course was very well kept. I can't imagine there being a nicer DG course in Maine.
My husband and I got married in the garden space at Pineland Farms through Black Tie Company. It was beautiful and perfect. All the facilities were amazing and organized. The Garden looked superb. The staff was fantastic as well! We couldn't have asked for a better wedding ceremony or reception location!
Very fun disk golf followed by great lunch at the market!
Well worth the visit, the history of the location has changed over the years to a working farm of black & white cattle and Morgan horses. Get your picture taken with Nelson, a 14 time champion show horse.
Great experience observing the cows (all females) and the beautiful performing horses!
A beautiful Fall afternoon well spent enjoying the vibrant colors at Pineland Farms.
I wish I could live here, it is so amazingly peaceful. The scenery is gorgeous, the farm is very well maintained and people are really good at engaging kiddos. Lunch was delicious and reasonably priced as well. Their baked goods section is impressive!
Man, I tell you what. This place is great. Good stuff you can do here: run, ski, snowshoe, sled, hike, walk, fish, LLBean stuff, YMCA stuff, tasty cafe stuff, adventure race stuff, kids petting horses stuff. They should probably charge you a lot of money, but they don't.
So much fun! We pet so many animals! And we had some delicious sandwiches from the market. Highly recommend!
Signage could be a little bit better and it's a little expensive but other than that nice place
This place was wonderful! Great shopping and amazing food items.
It is amazing what they have done with this 5,000 acre farm! It is a must see!
Took advantage of a sunny winter Sunday to go to Pineland for some snowshoeing. It is easy to park at the welcome center, rent equipment and get passes, and hit the trails. They have a good volume and variety of equipment for rent so you More
they feed us, they fun us. what would maine be without pineland farms?
Love the local sourced food. The food in the cafeteria is always awesome.
One of the best disc golf courses in Maine, simply gorgeous views and challenging holes, the variety is awesome, so well planned out and diverse. From wide open scenic shots to challenging wooded technical ones, just great.
LOVE!! My husband and I come here for mini dates all the time! He loves the selection of soups and i always have to grab a salted bagel or two!! Mmmm!
Cute place, good prices on produce and options for the best local cooking. Checking out the cafe next time!
Excellent bagels, good selection of craft beer and great staff
The food at the market is amazing, locally sourced, and perfectly seasoned. I highly recommend the curry chicken salad.
Nice little store, farm fresh, everything you need!
This place was awesome. Price was on the high side. But quality was even higher.
Definitely one of my favorite places to be in the southern Maine area. Absolutely beautiful campus and woods, wonderful walking and running paths. Disc golf course is great, with a short course and a long one, both very well maintained and full of a variety of terrain and holes. Not free, but not expensive at all. Disc golf center has a great selection of discs. Cross-country skiing is not free either, but is also affordable and worth it. The market is, in my opinion, the crowning jewel. Full of delicious food, with a large local selection and a lot of unusial items. Ice cream is delicious, as are the pastries. About as pricy as whole foods. I cannot come here without buying something! Overall, one of the best stores and areas I know of, highly recommended.
Pineland Farms has some wonderful holiday ideas, good food, and a nice assortment! Can't wait for more snow to maybe go snowshoeing!
