PA Scott is the best! Knowledgeable, Caring & Empathetic. Good qualities for a good physician to have for their patients.

This doctor's office is the best facility I have ever been to, they are spot on time with getting you in an out in a timely manner an my doctor..Dr. Lemon an his PA Dr. Bibbey are real professional's at their jobs an I feel 1000% better.
Top notch facility front to back. Highly recommend Dr. Oakley and staff for surgical needs. My case is shoulder replacement, sounds complicated, but the process was laid out in a systematic fashion, and each step thoroughly explain. Looking forward to my surgery. Okay, not really, but once it is done and healed I'll be better off.. Don't worry just get it done
EVERY MEMBER OF THE PINEHURST SURGICAL TEAM IS EFFICIENT AND FRIENDLY. DR. MOORE AND EVERYONE WITH HIM STRIVE TO HELP ME. THEY HELP ME GET MY LIFE BACK. THANK YOU!
I was there on Wednesday, December 18th to see Chad Cole. From the time I checked in, until the time I checked out, everyone was friendly, and professional. I have been there quite a number of times and I have always felt the same way, with one exception. There was one doctor that wasn't very nice on one occasion.
I would like to say that Chad Cole is a super PA! Great personality, takes time to listen, explains things in a way they are understood, he's compassionate and very kind.
I met with Dr Stokes and Nurse Brandy. And they were truly both wonderful people. Brandy is very sweet and funny they both seem so humble and great at what they do!!
Communication with patients is almost non-existent, scheduling and appointments are at their convenience not yours and they provide you with no information about the provider they assign you to, a PA, and my experience with the PA at the vascular clinic was marginal. She did not provide me with any detailed explanation of my initial examination, I was not provided with an idea of her schedule, turns out she was only available in Pinehurst on Wed. afternoons and I had a conflict part of that afternoon. It took repeated phone calls to make an appt. only to find out, finally, that she was not available most of the time.
Plus, after only receiving my bill with a balance of $26 dollars a day ago I received a courtesy call about my account. What was that all about?
I'm dissatisfied with the vascular clinic especially although I've received better treatment from other doctor's at Pinehurst Surgical Clinic.
Facility was immaculate. Reception staff were helpful and professional. Nurse Dee was very thorough and pleasant. She came to our rescue with a bottle of water. Dr Casey was informative and listened to my concerns. I trust that Dr. Casey and his staff are working in my best interests and will determine the proper correctives actions for those concerns. So glad I was referred to your clinic.
The gynecology department perforated a patient's uterus and proceeded to deny the fact that anything was wrong. The patient proceeded to tell the doctor that something was wrong due to excessive pain and even in the presence of trauma experts the doctor denied the prescence of anything wrong. The patients uterus had been perforated during a routine procedure and her internal organs had adhered to the uterus. All that was done is the patient had her uterus stitched but now had 4 months of backed up blood in the uterus due to the stenoted cervix which has yet to be fixed. This issue originated in Sept of 2018 and the patient is still suffering every day from a blood filled uterus due to the malpractice of this facility. I will never trust this facility again and will make sure everyone is aware of the issues that have occurred here.
I had an MRI the day before I saw the Doctor. The MRI technician was excellent, very attentive and good with explanations..When I saw the Doctor, he explained the results and gave me several alternatives other than surgery. I have complete confidence in Dr. Marino, and his knowledge of treatments.
I had c-spine surgery with Dr Williams and his staff. Everyone of them professional and knowledgable. My recovery was fast. They insured my comfort during that time by medication and periodic evaluations to insure proper healing. Three discectomies and fusion done flawlessly in one hour and twenty minutes. Dr Williams is a machine.
I've been a long time patient with Pinehurst Surgical. They were at one time personable. Now I'm only a number. If your appointment is at 9:30, be prepared to wait for 30 mins before being seen. I'm sorry, but my time is just as important as your doctors. I had to pay $85 for 5 mins because your doctor was late. Yeah, I m finishing up what doing with this doctor and then I ll be finding someone more reliable. Because him being late isn t the first time.
All of my experiences with First Health Hospital and clinics are always excellent.
I have never experienced such a caring team of professionals! Really outstanding, and go above and beyond in every way! Thank so very much!!!
This practice went above and beyond to answer my questions and make my experience with them top notch!
I was having some back pain and couldn t get into a doctor in fayetteville but I was able to get in quicker at Pinehurst Surgical. I ended up with the best doctors! The best service! The best care. I couldn t ask for anything more(except a perfect spine ) I don t even mind the hour drive from my house!
Dr. Miller and his staff always provide excellent care. My daughter and I both see him. He has always gone above and beyond to listen to my concerns and providing thorough answers to my questions. I recommend him to anyone having issues he may be able to resolve.
I can't believe this place doesn't have all 5 star reviews. I can't speak of the Doctors we haven't seen but I will say that my wife and I have had great service from the two we've seen. I research thoroughly before anyone operates on me or my family and I believe in choosing only a very experienced Physician to perform major surgery. We first looked at Pinehurst Surgical when my wife needed hip replacement surgery. The first thing I thought was a bunch of older, wealthy, retired people live in the Pinehurst area so it would probably be a good place to go for hip surgery. I did some research and we chose Dr. John Moore after talking to him. We found out that Pinehurst Surgical performs the second highest number of major joint replacements in the state. Dr. Robert Chamberlain has been my Urologist for several years. I found out I needed major surgery and felt bad that I would probably go to Duke because they probably have the most experienced Surgeons in the state. Maybe they do. Maybe they don't. I was amazed to find out that DR. C and his partner have done over 1,100 of these operations over he past 11 years. The reason for so many is they are good. I had my surgery last week. I can't speak for everyone there but if you need a great Orthopedic Surgeon or a great Urologist, I know PSC is state of the art in these specialties. They even have their own private operating building across the street which they used for my wife's surgery. Mine was done in the hospital.
I have gone to dr Jeffery White for 12 years for a chronic bladder disease .he is not only a genius but he is kind and compassionate.
Fantastic surgical center. Had two hips replace here, one 3 months before I deployed to Iraq for 16 months. Incredible service before and after. Could not more highly recommend.
I have had several appointments with Scott Olson, P.A. in Orthopaedics at First Health Surgical Specialties at the Hoke County Campus. From front to back, they are top notch! All staff including Mr. Olson, P.A. are friendly, caring and professional! I can't say enough good things about Mr. Olson, P.A. I've had several injections and can tell you that he really knows what he's doing! Quite a gem!
Horrible service and lack of caring what the patient wants never going back.
I ve seen Phil Perrotta PA-C for several years - at least 7-8. He s phenomenal. He s super intelligent; he understands more about the spine than almost any medico I ve ever met and is a diagnostic wonder. I highly recommend and respect him. I also really like Dr. Daniel Williams.
The check in process is very easy and the staff are friendly and helpful. Dr Wohlrab is an excellent orthopedic surgeon and I couldn t have been more fortunate than to have found him. I told my friend who works at First Health that I want the best Orthopedic surgeon and she referred me to him. Dr Wohlrab listened to all my concerns, explained all treatment options and involved me in the decision process. I highly recommend Pinehurst Surgical clinic and Dr Wohlrab if you need only the best.
The office staff is always a delight to see and talk with. Grace P.A.is not.
Saw Dr. Williams for spine surgery. He did a wonderful job and when I did not get to see him, I saw one of his associates who also did a wonderful job. All on his team were friendly and efficient. Have already recommended his team to friends and relatives.
I go the clinic in Sanford. Have always recieved excellent care. They are truly concerned with your problems, they don't treat you like a piece of meat. Very friendly staff. Thank you.
I ve had sinus problems for years and saw Dr Miller. He is very young and I was curious about him because I didn t find any reviews on him but let me tell you. He done surgery on my sinuses and He is totally Awesome. I can finally breath and I m so happy. I think Doctor Miller is the best sinus doctor down there. Very Polite and very caring . I felt like I was talking to my brother. He has changed my life. I can finally smell again and I Thank him so much. With out a Doubt ,I would do it all over again . You are the best Dr Miller and can t thank you enough Life changing!! Thanks
I saw Dr. Jones for my medical concern. She is such a wonderful person. It was my first time seeing her and I was very comfortable as if I've known her for year's. The check in staff as well as medical assistant was very nice as well.
Rude and unfriendly check in. Always a long wait. Wish I went to Chapel Hill.
Love Pinehurst Surgical and especially Dr. Conti and his entire staff.
Worst place to go if you are expecting time management, courtesy and customer service. Seen 4 doctors here and the only one who is a 5 star is Dr. Marino. Today, I saw another Ortho doc for my foot. My Appointment was at 8:45, I arrived at 8:30. I was taken back at 9:15 but not seen until 10:26. How are you that far behind so early. Dont say anything either, I saw Dr. Griewe and he was mad at me for saying something so made me change Doctors. This place Sucks.
First visit to the facility to see a urologist. Dr. Goetzl. Everything went swimmingly. I only waited about 2 minutes in waiting area and maybe another 4-5 minutes between the nurse and the doctor. Really liked Dr. Goetzl and his staff.
I had the opportunity on visiting this facility at another time for health issues going on with my friend , it was at that time that I knew this was going to be my go to place.
Dr Stokes and his entire team are wonderful and caring individuals. They ensure you have complete understanding of your procedure. Very caring individuals!
I have been multiple times and have had good experiences every time. Dr. Michalak and Dr. Maggert were very professional as well as their staff.
Do not go to the women's clinic during your pregnancy! Every appointment or ultrasound I had, it was something different then what I was told prior. No one knew what was going on each visit. I never knew when to tell my husband to go with me because this person may say you have an ultrasound then we go and it's something else. Also, why don't you ever meet the doctors that will be delivering your baby. All I had was nurse practitioners who by the way never could answer my questions. Terrible.
Based off my personal experience I would give this place a 5 start...but today my daughter was charged $80 for a 5 minute visit because the person who booked her appointment DIDN'T listen to me when I made the appointment. I explained she needed an allergy test done....which she didn't find out until the dr came in that they can't do that there :( UGH!
Nurse Alice and Dr John Moore in the ortho side are very exceptional in caring for the injury and patient. They made the experience of going for a Drs visit very homely and friendly. Good times
Dr. Stephen Vance is the BEST!!! He was so kind and patient with my mother (who has dementia). He took the time to explain everything to her, so she could understand the procedure. The staff was so kind and treated us more like family than a patient. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
I prefer, and refer, the doctor's and staff of Pinehurst Surgical Clinic and First Health to everyone I come in contact with. They are excellent !!!!! I live in Lee County and come here because of the doctor's and Moore Regional Hospital !!!!!
Dr. Moore and his staff have been awesome! I m having osteoarthritis issues with my knee, and I have chosen to see if certain shots will help. In the future, if I need surgery, Dr. Moore will be my surgeon of choice!
This place provides first rate, care. I can tell you that
Dr. Chamberlain is a very good Doctor.
I visit for prenatal care and I am super pleased with the doctors especially after having a poor experience elsewhere. Dr. Terry does have a bit of a drier personality but he is very kind and he knows his stuff! The rest of the providers that I have see are all super friendly and it's very easy to build a rapport with them. Any concern I bring to them is addressed quickly. The secretaries and every other part of the staff is just as great.
Dr. Sanders is the best. She is very knowledgeable and professional.
She will explain everything to you. She answered all my questions. She really cares for her patients health and well being.
I decided to write a review because there seems to be a lot of negative ones & when I was reading the reviews, none pertained to why I was going there. I went for allergy testing & was seen at exactly my appt time (couple minutes early actually). The tech that came and got me was the one that was with me the entire time so there was no waiting ever. This was the easiest I ve ever seen the texting done. It was very quick & I had my results in just under an hour. My tech, Whittney, was awesome and very personable. I was skeptical about this place because of all the negative reviews but now I can t wait to start my shots!
From my first appointment to my last, the Physical Therapy staff at Pinehurst Surgical are the best in my opinion. From Lynette at the front desk to all of the therapists. I only dealt with 2 therapists there, (Kimberly Kelley and Christina Steele), but the entire staff was friendly and concerned as to how I was doing.
Thanks you all for helping me with my back issues, y'all are great.
Pinehurst Surgical is the best hands down... Dr.Williams and his staff are the Best.
The surgical physicians working here are all quite efficient. The nursing staff is wonderful. They make u comfortable in every way and accommodate u right up until your procedure is finished. I highly recommend this place.
I personally love Dr. Jones! She really takes the time to listen to her patients and gets to the root of the problem. She educates so much that you never have questions at the end and if you do, she encourages you to ask them. She cares about her patients in a way that I have never had a doctor care, I had to get hospitalized after a laparoscopy and she was checking on me at the hospital that night! I have told her before, I wish I could pack her up and take her wherever I go because you don t get quality care at many places like you do with her.
On the other hand, when you make an appointment, I have mostly spoken with Linda, she always has some type of attitude. But because I love Dr. Jones, I dealt with it!
Had called and answered questions concerning having back surgery with Dr. Lemons. I was seen by him previously and had discussed the surgery in detail. During the call, an appointment was scheduled, along with the date of the surgery. The afternoon before the appointment I get a call stating that I needed all kinds of tests again, thereby throwing off the surgery date. I had already set up the short-term disability paperwork, etc. at work. If I needed all the tests redone, why wasn't that addressed earlier??? One answer as far as I'm concerned - no real concern about the patient.
***They've never made any effort to contact me about my negative review. I guess they think it doesn't matter if they improve or not. ***
Very nice and friendly staff. Dr. Matthew Cuthrell explained in detail my issue which put at ease the questions and concerns I had. The office is busy and fast paced. Drs and nurses and radiologists manage to keep the flow going. Once they are with you they do take the time to listen and show they care and give you their undivided attention. Very pleased I m a patient at Pinehurst Surgical Clinic.
The Orthopedics Dept. is outstanding! Love this facility!
On August 14, 2012, Dr. T. Swantkowski of Pinehurst Medical Clinic located at 205 Page Rd Pinehurst N.C. referred me to Dr. Washington for a mass on my right lower quadrant (RLQ). During my initial appointment with Dr. Washington on August 23, 2012, he diagnosed the RLQ mass as a hernia, and surgery was scheduled for September 5, 2012 at First Health Moore Regional Hospital located in Pinehurst, North Carolina by Dr. Washington.
Prior to surgery, Dr. Washington did not mark the surgery siteas per JACHO standards, order X-Rays or a CT scan to confirm his diagnosis. The abdomin and right lower quadrant of my abdomen was prepared for surgery. He operated on the left side and center of my abdomen and a 6 inch radius surgical mesh was implanted. A second surgical procedure was required by another surgeon to operate on the correct mass site that I and Dr. Washington had originally discussed was going to be repaired. I tried several times to inform Dr. Washington that he did not operate on the original RLQ mass site, He would not listen to me. Further more I am experiancing pain and bruising around the mesh that was implanted into my abdomin.
Due to the medical negligence and wrongful procedure of Dr. Washington, and the second surgery to correct his error, I had to drop out of college due to pain, suffering and an extended recuperative period. Additionally, my employment was terminated and I experienced loss of income and lost time to further my career in Pharmocology.
I have documentation for this medical malpractice and wrongful procedure related to my hernia surgery.
He was very attentive to my unique case. Very knowledgeable and caring. A definite 5 stars.
This practice is the best one that I have ever dealt with.
Great doctor. From check-in all the way thru check-out, I was greeted with care and courtesy.
Dr Johnson and his staff are amazing from the nursing staff to Secretary. It is always a wonderful experience! Dr Johnson takes the time with his patients and great bed side manner! The Cleanliness of the office is very well maintained. Myanna is a wonder secretary! She takes the time to listen to your needs before you talk to the nurse also wonderful in her craft. She is great at getting you on the schedule. I have referred a lot of my clients to dr Johnson and they have yet to be disappointed! Thank you Pinehurst surgical!
Dr. Reid Vegeler of Pinehurst Surgical performed surgery on me just six days ago. He removed over 12" of my colon due to an infection. My wife and I first met him after I was admitted into Moore Regional Hospital. During that first meeting in my hospital room, Dr. Vegeler instantly made my wife and I feel very confident, as well as comfortable with him. The Doctor spent almost an hour with us during that first visit. He has excellent bedside manners. He listened to each and every question and concern that we had and answered them confidently and thoroughly. He did so using terminology that we understood. Throughout the process leading up to the surgery, and during his daily visits to check on me, he kept my wife and I informed and involved in every aspect of the entire surgical experience. Dr. Vegeler is a true professional, he is down to earth and very easy to talk to. There wasn't a question we asked that he even hesitated answering. His knowledge, his confidence in his profession, his manners, his caring demeanor, and the way he handled the entire surgical experience were all well above average. I highly recommend Dr. Reid Vegeler and Pinehurst Surgical to anyone in need of surgical care.
Always very professional excellent care for check in nurse and doctor I would highly recommend.
PA Pettigrew and her staff always have a positive and caring attitude. PA Pettigrew really listened to me and worked with me to come up with an excellent treatment plan that works best for me and my sleep apnea. I've already seen improvement in a restful sleep and my energy level has improved. I always receive excellent care in this clinic. Thanks to PA Pettigrew and her staff.
I have had the GREATEST experience through this surgery. From the initial consultation, to understanding my options and pricing, to paying and scheduling my surgery and the pre-op appointment - everything was phenomenal. Brandy is exceptional and super caring - and the way that the entire team works together to ensure the best possible outcome is awesome.
The Pinehurst Surgical Clinic is a big operation but they have streamlined the process of checking in, seeing your medical provider, and getting the specialty care in a short time without waiting long. It appears to me that they value your time as well as theirs. But most important to me is that every single person in that building from the patient check-in folks, medical assistants, secretaries, nurses, and doctors, have the same attitude which is to take care of the patient in an honest, fair, and genuine manner. Leadership starts at the top and works it s way down and obviously everyone there is in sync to make it happen. I trust these guys to take care of me and they do so I believe you can also.
I agree with the other reviewers about the lack of communication. I was sent to the imaging department for a baseline mammogram in case there are any changes in my breast tissue later down the road. After the mammogram, they wanted me to come back for an ultrasound. When I asked why, the tech (who was very nice) told me she didn't know. I had the ultrasound today, and was told by the ultrasound tech (who was also very nice), that they had all of the pictures they needed and I would be hearing from my OBGYN in about a week regarding the results. 2 hours after my ultrasound I get a phone call, they want to do a biopsy. No more information than that. I have never seen a doctor, nobody has told me what they are seeing on these pictures that is concerning them. It would have been nice to have spoken to the doctor or radiologist who can tell me what is going on. The minute they decided something was suspicious enough to do a biopsy the doctor should have spoken to me directly. It's just basic patient care in my opinion. Again, all of the staff I have met so far have been great but there is one person who is missing...A DOCTOR!
I wish I could say I had a great experience at the Vascular Center at Pinehurst Surgical. The receptionist was AWESOME. The restroom was NOT clean, the toilet paper holder had a substance, looked like Vaseline on it The hallways were cluttered with boxes. The employees were laughing loudly not considerate. The intake nurse was rude, after asking me a question she cut me off mid sentence, told me she already knew that, then proceeded to ask me another question.
Dr Williams saw my husband 1 hour and 40 minutes after his appointment time. He spent five minutes with him and he asked him if he thought he needed surgery. I m thoroughly disgusted at his treatment of a patient. We ll be going elsewhere.
Veterans Beware!!!
The VA requested additional medical evidence to support a claim I had submitted for my R Shoulder. Living in Southern Pines, naturally I thought of Pinehurst Surgical. Big Mistake.
The Dr. seemed irritated that she had to examine me. She stated there was nothing wrong with my shoulder. Incredibly, and for what reason I can't begin to imagine, she actually stated that "although I had my C File, I refused to let her read it."
It's common knowledge that a Veteran must obtain 2 statements from a physician to have any bearing on his or her disability case.
The physician must state;
1) I have reviewed the patients entire C File.
2) In my opinion, it's as likely as not that the disability in question was caused by the Veterans time in service.
That said, upon entering the examination room I immediately extended my C File in her direction for her review, which with a hand gesture she waved away, stating that she didn't need it.
I believe the VA called my condition; "Left & Right Wing Scapula." Since the VA already recognized my left shoulder disability, coupled with the fact that I'm right handed, when she waved my C File away I assumed she realized my condition was a no brainer. Unfortunately, for reasons unbeknownst to me, that wasn't the case.
I've since had an MRI, and as expected, it's completely torn up.
I truly believe the Physicians, Nurses, and Peripheral Medical Staff of Moore County are the best of the best. To be honest, I have no doubt the Dr. I met with that day was extremely intelligent within her field. Unfortunately, that day, she purposely discounted my medical issues, which couldn't have been more obvious, and have since been substantiated. Her absurd report of me refusing to provide my C File is now permanently affixed within my VA records, requiring me to now pursue legal action to have it removed, as it will undoubtedly be a detriment regarding any decisions made on my current or future disability claims through the VA system.
Lastly, her assistant Beth was fantastic!
Very courteous and professional.
Dr Johnson and staff actively listened to my issue and gave me options that helped me get back to my job. Even though I finally had to have surgery I was impressed with My care.
I received excellent service from everyone. Would recommend Pinehurst Surgical Clinic to everyone.
Only reason not a 5 star is I'm a guardian grandma and they seem to not keep it together about my court papers and give me a hard time every visit so far.
My recent visit to Dr. Williams was very disappointing .I sat in the waiting room for almost an hour after my appointment time and I was 30minutes early so that was 1 1/2 hours waiting then they called me . The nurse took me to the room she asked me questions and took my blood pressure which was normal but after she left the the or no one else showed up for over another hour . When Dr. Williams did come in I think he may have been there for 10minutes and then he was gone . Very disappointed
I must say the google rating can't be further from the truth. I have had several appointments and the waiting is on average 45 min. I was there today for a 10:15 appointment and waited 60 min before I left. I received a phone call 20 min after I left wondering why I left. It seems you are just a number to get through the door to take your payment and then sit and wait.
The medical profession seems to have lost bed side manners and are more concerned with how many patients they can see in a day. The quality of Pinehurst Surgical is a 1 star! Should be ZERO. Look elsewhere- Duke Medical!
Horrible experience. My wife went for a breast augmentation. Once she was done she wasn't nearly as big as she wanted to be and she didn't get nearly the lift she wanted. When she went back after for her post op consultation the doctor told her if she still wasn't happy in 6 months come back and he would redo the surgery and only charge her for supplies. Well she went back and he wanted to charge her another $7K on top of the $7k we had already paid. If you know what you want, and don't just want what the doctor thinks is right, definitely don't go here for augmentation.
I have yet to come to this place for an appointment and it actually be on time. The first time I waited over 1.5 hours past my appointment time. This time I walked in and was immediately told that the doctor was running 1.5 hours late earlier, but not to worry he is only 45 minutes or so behind now. There is nothing more unprofessional than wasting the time of your clients/patients without so much as a simple phone call. So disappointing.....
Extremely disappointed with Dr. Geoffrey White's practice. They call you in for your appointment and don't even acknowledge you with the courtesy of a hello, good morning etc. I've felt more like a insurance company paper than a patient. Never going back. No but no thank you.
Dr Moore verified the need of surgery and the alternatives which would be tempory.
Dr. McGuirt went above and beyond helping me. I so appreciate how he talked me through what s going on and even showed me my MRI. He spent more time with us than other physicians. I can t recommend him highly enough.
Nadya Lally was very informative, she listened to my concerns and questions and provided excellent solutions. I trust her knowledge and expertise, and would definitely recommend her to others.
Highly recommended. Very professional teams that get the job done with state of the art equipment and the highest of standards. Everyone is respectful and courteous and strive to make your visits comfortable. I have had numerous procedures and surgeries at Pinehurst Surgical and trust the professionalism and skills they display with every visit.
Review for Dr. Matthew Grafenberg with Pinehurst Surgical Clinic On 10-31-2016 I had an appointment with Dr. Matthew Grafenberg about an ongoing issue with my ear, nose and throat. I was not happy at all with my visit! He was nice enough but he was rushing to get to his next patient. He gave me some numbing medicine which had my throat closing up and he did not take it seriously. Now the main issue I was coming to him for was my throat closing up and the numbing medicine made that worse. I did not have an issue with him giving me the numbing medicine, what I have a problem with is the lack of concern. I felt like I was going to lose consciousness or die! Him and his staff may experience that reaction five times a day but I don t and I already told them I m having problems with that issue. I was told that the medicine would numb my throat not make it so tight that I could barely breath! They said that the numbing medicine would wear off and it did and I could breathe better but what if I passes out or worse! He rushed to give me his diagnosis while I was in obvious distress and could barely think instead of coming back later. If all of that is not bad enough I think his diagnosis was wrong and or there was another issue that he did not bother to consider because he wanted to make the appointment quick and move on. Now I m not saying that he had to spend a lot of time on me but spend enough time to make the right diagnoses, explain the condition and answer your patient s questions, while they are not in distress! Don t just throw a pamphlet at them and send them on their way. I waited a long time to see an ear, nose and throat Doctor and because I don t trust a Doctor who rushes to make a diagnosis I must find another Doctor to see. If a Doctor does not have enough time to see patients than don t except them. I would not recommend Dr. Matthew Grafenberg at all!
P.S. I took my daughter to see Dr. Carl Berk who also works at Pinehurst Surgical Clinic, he was basically the same as Dr. Grafenberg. I would not recommend him either!
Always very pleased with the quality of service and information I receive with Dr. Wohlrab and his staff. The level of
professionalism and medical knowlege, combined with heightened attention to detailed
explanations and patience with ensuring understanding of it, creates a great level of comfort
and ensures a return to this practice for care.
Every step of the process was completed in a professional and efficient manner. Beginning with the COVID screening all the way through my procedure. Unfortunately this is my last trip to this facility as I am moving. I am really going to miss the care I have received at this facility.
Pinehurst Surgical is outstanding, particularly Dr Geoffrey White and his staff. We have ALWAYS received promot courteous service and great medical care.
Dr. Wohlrab and his team in the ortho department are an excellent group! They explain everything as they go and really leave no room for questions, but if they are any, they quickly respond.
I was referred there by the VA Community Care program. They incorrectly foled a claim for services provided. I've called 3 times to talk with someone about this, gone tovoicemail each time. Left messages. Noone has ever called me back.
I sent in a complaint about a physician to his office manager and no one from Pinehurst Surgical contacted me about the unprofessionalism that i received from this physician and the surgery discussed was not performed that I paid for . I have tried to get my money back from services not provided and I am very displeased and hurt by the treatment i have received .
First time meeting the new doctor. He was very pleasant and spoke so I could understand what was going one and the plan going forward.
Everyone here is so pleasant and courteous. The staff is very attentive and concerned about your health. Whether they are involved directly with your health care or not, they are very kind and courteous. Dr. Williams, Dr. Chad Cole, Dr. Grace Heffner, Doctor David Casey, and Dr. Chad Frazier are all the doctors there that I've had the pleasure of being serviced by. They all have common elements which consists of genuine concern for me as a patient. They also are believers in Jesus Christ, which means the world to me if you are attending to my medical care personally. This is the place to go for medical care, if you're looking for people that care.
The nurses were very nice inside before and after surgery but the reception and nurses over the phone were very rude and unprofessional. I will never go there again. The directions on where to be were unclear, they charged me twice as much as
They originally told me and I am just overall unimpressed and feel very unsatisfied with the treatment and care I have received. I am not the type to write bad reviews but I should have just stayed in my home town to get my surgery done instead of driving an hour for less than mediocre care.
Someone get Dr Brenner a watch or some one who can tell time. I keep taking my mother here and it always takes over 2 hours for appointments. One day he went on lunch while she was in the room. We never book other appointments or make any plans on days with him because of this. Start doing your job so people can go on about their days Dr Brenner.
